+ -1 moreOcean came out to do an estimate. Did not bring a business card or any details of products he would use, his company info, nothing! Got on the roof, took measurements and assured me he would send an estimate. That was the last I ever heard from them. No return calls, no estimate.

+ -1 moreOur roof was leaking. he came and have us an estimate and said he would be back the next day. he did not sow, but I made a second appointment with him. he showed up late in the day and begged for me to allow him to do the work the next Monday.to so it the following week. He assured me he would come sooner if there was any rain forecasted. He did not keep the appointment and didn't call. I have been desperately trying to get someone else here because the roof is leaking again. (Major leak that has damaged our flooring). If he had been honest, I could have had more time to get someone else, now I am in emergency mode
Description of Work: Nothing but cause a leak to continue while I could have found someone else to do the job.
