Description of Work: Leak under dishwasher. He found leak, very obvious. I repaired water damage he returned and replaced hose. He never did he give me an estimate or hourly rate. I asked for estimate twice and did not agree to any new parts. Work appears fine, but at $125.00 an hour it d*** well better be. Won't use him again.

+ -1 moreWe called Mike for an estimate for one of our properties, in which he gave us in a reasonable amount of time. However, we had questions about this estimate and unfortunately he hung up (in anger) on us two times. He said, "I don't have time for this, find someone else." This type of behavior and attitude is very unprofessional and we would not recommend him for any plumbing job.

Description of Work: Installed 4 new faucet, drains and garbage disposal. Reinstalled dishwasher that had been poorly done by another contractor. Worked with my schedule and even came twice when the counter tops were not completed because of not under his control.

+ -1 moreThe job went well except for the fact the unit was frozen in place. It required much time to get it out without breaking the housing. The alternative would have been to cut out the wall behind the shower, cut the housing out of the water line system and solder in a new unit. He managed to get it out without that very expensive alternative. I have no problem with what seems an expensive repair as I have done similiar jobs when I was younger and know how long it can take!! The price included materials and a new mixing valve.
Description of Work: Replaced a shower control mixing valve which was frozen in place and required almost 2 hours to remove and replace. I have used him for other jobs in the last 3 years and have always been very satisfied with the quality of his work.

Description of Work: We thought the line was plugged up. He checked the septic tank and said it was full.
