Masterpiece Custom Homes

I was looking into a new build home but when I asked a couple of questions for pricing via email I never heard back. The model home looks amazing and top notch but they wanted all the money up front.

Masterpiece was not our lowest bidder, but we are quite happy we decided to hire them. From the basic clearing of the land, to the finished building, every step was done with professionalism and quality. The various workers that Nick hired for each phase were pleasent and skilled. The work was planned and carried out with efficiency.

Everything went according to plan and schedule and budget :-)

The bedroom was designed with an beautiful work space with a granite counter top. It has windows on one side that face the golf course ( best room in the house.) The bathroom space was small but very functional. Seems everyone wants to use that bathroom and I have 3 and a half. I couldn't be more happy. Thanks Nick and Ann.

I am very pleased with the work and craftsmanship. The frustrating part was the length of time it took (part of blame on me changing design of cabinets); but the reliability of planning to have something accomplished, and then experiencing several times a "no call/no show" was maddening.

Nick and Anne the owners of Masterpiece Custom Homes were terrific throughout the entire process of building our house. Anne had great design ideas to make it special and Nick and his team made her ideas come to life. Everything thing they said the would do they did and on time and on budget. I would recommend Masterpiece to anybody looking for a builder.

Working with Anne in the design and Nick as the builder, this was as smooth as it gets. I have built several homes in the past and have been through the frustrations of unmet deadlines and cost overruns. This entire project was on time, done right and within budget. I can highly recommend Masterpiece builders and would certainly use them again!

The project was beautifully executed. It started out with our wanting to make a fairly small change in one wall. It ended up with making that change, changing doors, ripping out the carpet and replacing with tile, adding cabinets and desk areas, and repainting the house! And on top of that -- we created a wonderful, wonderful home office for the two of us!! Contract, estimates, change orders, and payment processes were professional. Quality of the work was excellent! Nick and his crew cared about doing a good job and they were meticulous. Nick did not push to increase the size of the job, it just happened as we talked more about the possibilities. We were enthusiastic about what we were seeing and wanted to take advantage of having Nick and his crew around so we could get more of what we really wanted for our house. We are very grateful for his insight.
