MARTIN SEPTIC SVC

I purchased a home, about 6 mos. ago, that has a septic system. During the home inspection I was informed of some problems. I called the company that did the inspection and found them to be unreliable. I scheduled another company and they never showed, nor returned my phone calls. Finally I called Martin's Septic. What a pleasant surprise. The young lady in the office was very pleasant and had me scheduled quickly. The crew showed up a day early and completed the job. They re-inspected everything and replaced a missing filter and fixed a broken pipe. They took the time to explain everything they were doing. Martin's is a professional company from the office to the field. I would recommend them to anyone.

I contacted Martin because I bought my house 6 months ago and I have never had a septic system before. I've noticed an occasional sewer smell coming from my bathroom. The woman on the phone was very friendly and she took the time to explain to me what might be causing the smell (she even covered things that had nothing to do with septic systems), which was very helpful. I scheduled a time for service to empty my tank since I had no idea when the previous owners had done it. About 10 minutes later, she called back and said my address was already in their system and the previous owners had done this about a year ago. That means I won't need it done for several more years. I was very impressed! How refreshing to find such an honest company! When I do need septic service in the future, Martin will be the only ones I call.
