J T's Custom Pools Inc

We decided on using JT’s Custom Pools for our pool project in early 2023 shortly after Hurricane Ian disrupted life and supply chains in SW Florida. The key factor for our decision was the hands-on involvement of Jim Morfessis, our salesman and construction manager. It is a great benefit to feel like your project is being supervised carefully. Jim was available by phone, text, and email and was invariably responsive and often visited in person. The process of pool construction is amazing; the layout and dig (one day!) and the shooting of the shell are fascinating to watch. JT’s team and subs were all neat and conscientious. Our pool was completed in two months, actually a bit ahead of projections. Items on the punch list were dealt with quickly.

From the first meeting with Julie our sales person to the final pool competition and the training for the equipment was great . All questions were answered and the people was great to deal with .

We had an excellent experience with JT's Custom Pools. The initial sales person was thorough in his explanations of what we could expect and answered questions to our satisfaction. The work was done on time, as scheduled, over a period of a few days, including the draining of the pool. Workers were very willing to engage in conversation about the process and answer questions. The finish is beautiful and we are enjoying it.

No contact for two weeks. Called office and women was so sorry the employee dropped the ball and owner would call me. Did not.

Jason's company did an amazing job! They were actually the hardest working crew I've ever seen. The were here working every week of the process and completed the job in the 6-8 week time frame as quoted. Jason designed the pool and deck just the way we wanted it and it's beautiful. We are extremely happy with the quality of their work. Every person that was here was friendly, polite and very conscientious of the quality of their work. They explained everything they were doing and kept us well informed. This company was recommended to us by our neighbor who also had a pool installed by them. We saw the neighbor's pool, talked with our neighbor, and learned they were very happy with them, so we contacted them as well. After speaking with and getting quotes from JT's and also one of the other larger companies in the area, we decided to go with this JT's and we have not been disappointed in any aspect.

He sent a design via email approx. a week later. He then followed up with a phone call to make sure I had recieved the email and was happy with the design. Since we were very pleased with the design he said that he would send the qoute in around two weeks. However, we never heard from him again. We ended up going with a different company.

The service was very good and they did a good job of fixing the leaks.

I very much like him as a person. He seems a nice individual and he presented his product line very well. He answered my questions quite well. The only issue was he said he would get back to me in a week, but it actually took him two weeks.

They did such a good job on our pool and they do driveways, so we went with them. We had them back because they are excellent.
