We called multiple times to finalize a quote and install. The sales person said he would get back with us. He always had an excuse why he had not called. As of a week ago we are still waiting for a call back. Decided to use another vendor.

I visited the company at their office in North Port. Office staff were very informative and answered almost all my questions about the installation of fencing in my back yard. When I asked about pricing they deferred and recommended I first talk to one of their reps at my house so as to be more accurate. When I pressed for some sot of ballpark answer, they gave me one. I them made an appointment to have a rep meet me at my house and take measurements. A few days later I met the rep at my house,talked about objective. I showed him a rough sketch I made of what I needed. He offered up some recommendations that (in fact) reduced my overall cost. He presented his estimate and it was almost the same as the "ball park" quote I received by the office personnel. On installation day, one guy showed up. That was it. I was a wee bit concerned. But after two hours I realized that this guy was doing an awesome job. He arrived on time (9am) and was out the door 6 hours later. The only glitch was an accidental cutting of a sprinkler line when digging one of the holes. But instead of just leaving without telling me, he showed me the break, apologized and showed me exactly what was needed to repair the break. Many folks have told me that most installers woulds simply keep the gaffe to themselves and bot tell the homeowner. I got the PVC line foxed the next day for about $50. I compared prices with two other fence companies and Fence Outlet was the least expensive by as much as half. That gave me room to re-think my decision to use them but I'm glad I did.
