Lucky day when DART Pool Solutions came to our home. Would have been luckier if they had been here first. We had a local, big-name pool company do a complete new Pentair salt water equipment system, from the ground up. Going on 2 weeks since install and the IntelliCenter is non-operable and even the pool circulation system is not working. Turns out, it was completely incorrectly wired... I'm talking every single wire in the IntelliCenter Board, as well as the I-Chlor Generator, IntelliFlo Pump. Even our house sub-panel was messed up (which means our irrigation system was non-functioning as well). DART's tech, Steve, is amazingly knowledgeable. He maintained total professionalism, not saying a negative word about the previous installer. I appreciated the care he took to not damage our new equipment, hand tightening screws rather than going for speed, using an impact driver. Our Control System is now operating perfectly! But, the pool circulation system is still not functioning. Our best course will be to have DART come back and re-work all the funky Rube Goldberg plumbing. Just wish we would have found them sooner and had the job done right the first time.

Did unauthorized install and billed over $900. I would like to have been consulted. Was unable to talk to anyone in authority. Beware.

I was informed the new pump would save me on the electric bill but I had heard that song before. So, I started pulling up my electric bill and checking my daily use against prior daily use bills. You can do that on the FP&L website by accessing the Energy Dashboard. And my bill was dropping, and by a significant amount. The work was done, all is well, and I’m actually saving money. DART is a family company and you can read about them on their website. I’m very pleased with everything they were able to do at my home and I believe if you are experiencing problems and frustrations with your pool equipment that you give DART a call. We worked with Raymond from start to completion; and he was friendly and completely professional in assisting us from understanding the problems through installing the equipment. A bonus is that someone there is very good about returning e-mails and getting you those pdf’s.

Very well. All parties (sales and installation) were prompt, thorough and responsive. Worked well with homeowners' association and county to secure all needed approvals. Took a little effort after the installation to get the new control coordinated with the existing pump system, but this was successfully resolved.

I have used this company on a few separate occasions. Had the same technician each time. He was very knowledgeable, competent, professional and efficient. The costs of repairs was not excessive (there is a service fee, but again, it is a reasonable amount). Each time I used them, the response time to schedule appt was extremely quick. Their response time is very quick; I never had to wait long for an appt. I would highly recommend this company.

We knew when we bought the house the pool was old and would need to be resurfaced. We decided to stay with the existing pool cleaners, Dart Pool Solutions, which had been cleaning the pool of this house for at least the past 6 months to a year. We use the pool daily and, in the first month, I was home when they came to clean the pool so I watched what they did. In our old house in Sarasota, we had a very good pool guy who cleaned and vacuumed the pool every week - that was just part of his process. He checked the pool filter and cleaned it when necessary. Because of his level of service, I was keen on making sure we got that same level of service with Dart. That was not the case with them - they only vacuumed the pool after I mentioned that the pool was getting very filthy. When I mentioned the lack of improvement after their vacuuming they said that was because of the pollen. Now, at our old house, we had 3 oak trees raining pollen on the pool but because our pool guy vacuumed every week, it never looked bad. Around the end of April, we were told the pool pump started leaking and that was the reason they couldn't effectively clean the pool. When we first moved in the house in Feb of this year that was a known problem and the previous owners had made arrangements with Dart to come out and repair it. I sent Dart an email on May 1 letting them know about the pool pump leaking back in Jan/Feb and asked, if it was supposedly taken care of then, why are they back out 2 months later for the same thing? I waited a week and got no reply so I sent a second email on May 8 letting them know we had someone else come out and look at the pump. The pool was so filthy by that point, algae had taken hold. The problem, the repairman discovered, was the pool filter - it looked to him like it hadn't been cleaned in a very, very long time and that was why the pump was not working correctly - the pump and heater were working harder than they needed to. He replaced a heater rod as well. He also said that if the filter had not been looked at, it would have burned the pump out completely. In the month when I was there when the Dart pool cleaner came, he never ever checked the filter. I mentioned all of this in the email I sent; I did not get a reply to that email either. The funny thing is, we were actually going to use their services to resurface the pool but, because of the horrible service we’ve received from them, and the fact that the sales people kept forgetting to call to make an appt (and when they did finally call, they didn’t show up), that’s approximately $15,000 they just lost out on. They are horribly disorganized and because of the horrible service we have received, today we canceled our services with Dart and will be looking elsewhere to find a pool cleaning company that can provide the level of service we expect as well as another company to resurface our pool.

Great! Very professional, always on time, Just overall GREAT service! We having been using them for a couple of years now because the are so good. We highgly recommend them to anyone in the are for all your pool needs, heat pump , pool pumb, and any other pool need.

I needed to replace my pool service company because my pool was not being maintained adequately. I called Dart and they had someone out within a couple of days to give me an estimate on cleaning services, pool efficiency upgrades and they cleaned the pool. We have had them servicing our pool for three weeks now. They show up on time and are courteous and professional. They have taken the time to explain what they are doing and how it impacts the pool. It was not the cheapest service I could have gotten (I already had that and didn't like the results) but they seem to be fairly priced and I am very happy with the service. Bottom line... the pool looks great. I will likely have them install a new pool pump and salt chlorination system.

On the pool repair, they were able to repair the pool in a timely fashion for a reasonable price. They do our weekly cleanings. They have always shown up on time and they keep the pool spotless. They take the time to explain what we need to know about the pool, because we have never had a pool before.
