Dan contacted me right away, was on time and very courteous. His painting job was neat, clean and very professional. And, while he was here, I had him hang a few shelves and pictures. He even cleaned up after himself! His price is fair, especially for the quality of his work. I will gladly hire him again.

Dan did a fantastic job on installing the wire shelving. He communicated in a timely fashion and was a pleasure to work with. He did the complete job including purchasing all of the needed materials. His price was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Went very well. got a lot of stuff hung outside, House #'s, trellis, art. Have used Dan before, He filled in a window to give me more wall space and that came out Excellent. Dry wall interior and stucco exterior.

Excellent skill. Took extra time and care with touch up paint.

Dan needed to come back a second day to finish up and knew I wanted the job done before my daughter’s wedding. He wouldn’t take payment until the job was completed. He made sure he was there before her wedding date and when she asked him to do some additional painting he threw it in as a wedding present! So not only does he do excellent work, but is trustworthy and a just all around good guy. I’d hire him again in a heart beat

Dan has a minimum fee of $50. I was not aware of this ahead of time or I would have had additional chores for him to perform. So I feel that I overpaid for the removal of these few shutters. Just be aware ahead of time there is a $50 minimum. Also regarding a different project, he wanted to turn a small project into something larger than it needed to be. lifting and overblown Arbor back into place, Dan wanted to pull his truck into the back of my yard and hook up a wench all of that would have been unnecessary. I actually had another handyman re-install the arbor for a total cost of $40 and he was able to do it by himself with no truck and no wench.

If it was more than 100, I'd give him that. He was excellent. We didn't get the price yet, we are waiting for the bill. Without a doubt I would use him again.

Great job in less time than I expected. This was done as an Angie's List Deal. He would have fixed a lot more if I had more for him to do.

He finished both tasks in about 2 weeks, as well as replacing or repairing other wooden trim pieces that had also rotted. His work and attention to detail is excellent, and I would not hesitate to hire him again

It went very well. Dan installed the shelves in my kitchen cabinets in about an hour and forty minutes. Unfortunately, I had no idea how much time it would take or I would have found additional tasks for him to do. The Deal was for 4 hours of work. He was very efficient and cleaned up the work site when he was through. I will definitely call him when I have a list of things that need attention.

Very well in general. Dan is very friendly, easy to talk to and is a good listener.. I called to set up an appt. and added there was no rush, after the holidays would be fine. He responded quickly via text message and we settled on a date about a month ahead. There were small gaps in text communication, but he arrived on the day and on time. Per our door description, Dan bought the door while showing réal patience when one store that had had the door we wanted, no longer had it. Also, the pet protectected model (we have a dog who went through a window screen) was not easy to find. We were texting back and forth trying to find the right door and he persevered and found the perfect one at the price we had expected. Important to many, Dan's rates are very reasonable. Dan had good skills and the right tools to install the door efficiently. The only slight criticism I can offer is that at the very end, installing the latch and the small vertical bar that caches and holds the latch, Dan had to made several adjustments to get the door to close, but whie with a tug or push it would close, it only worked for a day or two. I spent a little while inserting two metal shims in the catch bar unit so the latch would stay caught on that bar. Not a big deal, and I'm sure he would have come right over to fix it. Bottom line is I will call Dan for other jobs when they come up and will recommend him to others.

As someone else said in one of the reviews: one way or another, he finds a way of fixing things. We are exceedingly happy with the work that Dan did for us. He really knows his stuff! Also, he is a very nice person and I look forward to having him continue to do work in our home. Strong recommendation!

He will find a solution to your problem. He will not rest until he figures it out. He's incredibly reliable. He's never told he can't do a job, he makes every effort to figure it out. He's great. I've referred him to my family members and they love him as well.
