Description of Work: All kitchen cabinets replaced, all closets customized for hanging/shelving and drawers (4 closets plus pantry). The design of the kitchen cabinetry done by Don was very good, as were the closet designs. Unfortunately, the installation was at best, average. We had warped doors and were told to "let them hang for a few weeks to see if they straighten out on their own," chunks out of cupboard bottom during installation and the comment from the installer was 'oh, the fridge will hide that." The installation crew were not at all customer focused and most days in a rush to get done for the day, which was reflected in the quality of the installation. In the master walk-in closet, the floor trim was to be cut to make a proper fit for the board running down to the floor. Instead the installer "bent" the board over the trim rather than take the time to do it right. We had our designer come to the house and look at the disappointing quality of the installation. He did speak to the business manager, who was able to step in and at least get the warped doors replaced, also sending a different installer who did a better job. While some issues were fixed, others could not without basically starting over. Based on our personal experience, we can't, in good conscience, recommend the company to others and expect that they would have a different outcome.
