Excellent! Brian & co painted my property exterior 2 yr ago. It still looks great! My renter moved out Oct 31 2018; Brian was there Nov 1! He evaluated needs and by Nov 8 his work was completed. His team was efficient and talented. But there's more! Brian additionally repaired screens, power washed driveway/concrete garage/stucco. Cleaned roof, HVAC condenser, removed old window treatments, replaced fluorescent bulbs; coordinated landscaper/stones and trimming; coordinated pest treatments; replaced ceiling fan; repaired exterior shutters; interior doors, cracks and door jam panels. I paid half up front; half upon completion. Place looks like new again. Brian exceeded my expectations; I highly recommend him if you are in the ***** Gorda/Port Charlotte/North Port FL area.

They spent two hours painting my lanai ceiling it came out perfect no drips of spells or runs. I would hire him again to do all of my painting.

His company was here for one week... They had to scrape and prime the woodwork, as the former home owners had applied paint that when touched ...peeled instantly! The house was a disaster....and it was a formidable job for his team. They were always accommodating..and anything pointed out that needed further attention....they cheerfully complied to our satisfaction As with any job of this magnitude.....a few things are missed. Brian stood behind his work and things of concern were corrected promptly. Of note, materials used, including the paint, were of first quality. In summation, this was an excellent job that met our expectations. The exterior of the home is in need of painting, and we will hire Brian and his crew without reservations.

Brian and his colleague, Jimmy were professional, timely, and thorough. Brain offered several suggestions with regard to closet doors and even installed one door after the job was complete. Any requests that I had were taken care of in a timely manner. I would definitely use him again and have recommended him to others.

We first hired Brian to paint the interior of our home. His price was right, his men were professional and prompt. They prepared the walls and painted the entire home in 3 days (2290 sq. feet). They used Sherwin Williams premium paint. We were so satisfied with the work done that we had Brian and his crew paint the exterior of our home. His men power washed the house as well as the driveway, walkway and vinyl fence. They prepped the surface and again used Sherwin Williams premium paint. The work performed exceeded our expectations, both inside and out. We highly recommend him and will most definitely use him in the future for any painting needs.

We contacted Brian and he promptly made arrangements to begin painting the next day. Brian, Frank and Jim arrived promptly at 8 am on Wednesday, 7:30 am on Thursday and Friday. What awesome and amazing men. They were courteous, professional and always moving to complete the work in a timely manner They transformed this house into our dream home. We cannot say enough about them and will make arrangements in the fall to have the exterior painted. We would recommend Brian without reservation.

We used Brian on the interior of our home and the work and quality was excellent. We decided to have him paint the exterior. He power washed the house including the lanai and driveway, caulked any cracks in stucco and painted. He helped with the color choice. My husband and I are finally at the tail end of a 4 month long complete renovation of our home in south Sarasota County. We have been the "general contractors" for this project, so thank goodness for Angie's List. To complicate matters, we currently live two counties north, so we were directing this project via "long distance". After deciding not to do the painting ourselves, I immediately started my research on Angie's List. Being in North Port, several Sarasota contractors do not come that far south for work. That turned out to be a blessing in disguise for us. Because Brian Finnerty is based out of North Port, I called him first. All of the wonderful reviews of Brian and his work were "right on the money"! When I called Brian, he answered right away directly from his job site. When I explained that I would be coming from Tampa to meet him, the first thing he asked me was, "When are you planning on being down at the house?" It turned out that we were going down to work that coming Saturday, and Brian arranged to meet us that day so we wouldn't have to make a second trip. After meeting Brian and receiving his estimate, which was given immediately, we actually decided not to seek any more estimates, which I rarely do, and contracted with Brian the next day. Brian Finnerty has been a professional painter for over 30 years, and it shows. He is incredibly professional, meticulous, thorough, and a perfectionist. We came to the house about a week before he was actually to start and found the entire house wrapped in plastic and brown paper. Brian made sure that not a speck of paint got on my new tile floors, cabinets, counters, tub, shower, etc. While painting the doors, Brian discovered that someone had painted latex over oil at one point. He spent countless hours, that he didn't charge us for, trying to get the doors in decent condition for repainting, but they were not going to meet his standards. He recommended that we replace them as soon as possible as that was the only way to have the doors look good. He even took the time to load all seven doors his truck, take them to the door store for customer cut outs on 7 new doors, bring them back, paint and hang them. Brian started and finished ahead of schedule. The entire project turned out absolutely beautiful. Brian left our home cleaner than when he got there, which was greatly appreciated. Brian was a pleasure to work with, and I hope we will have an opportunity to work with him again!!!!

It went well. We would clear a set of rooms before Brian's arrival; Brian would prep and tarp for spraying the ceilings and closets; then do the walls. two coats on everything. He also removed some popcorn ceilings in bathroom--high humidity areas where it was degrading (Who would put popcorn ceilings in bathrooms and closets, anyway??) He did a great job!

I have used Brain twice in the past, last time was after Hurricane Charlie, when he painted the exterior and interior of my house. I recently moved and contacted Brain to paint the interior prior to moving in. Again I found Brain to be very response to my calls. The quality of his work is excellent. He takes pride in his work and goes the extra mile. He is neat and cleaned up everything after the job was completed. He started the job on the date promised and finished in a timely manner. I have found this is not always the case with many contractors here in Florida.

Fine. Usually do my own but don't see too well anymore. So it seemed expensive but looked nice.

Brian showed up right on time to provide an estimate, which was much less than one we had previously received. The work was done in a highly professional and efficient manner. Brian was flexible and helpful when we changed our minds several times about color combinations and just what rooms we did/didn't want done. He also pointed out things we could do to improve the overall appearance of the final outcome.

The project went better than I could have expected. I called Brian on Wednesday, he came Thursday morning, quoted me the price and then repaired the holes in the ceiling. Brian came back later that day and finished the painting. This allowed time for the plaster to dry.

Brian promptly returned my call, came out gave us a good estimate and then as promised went to work. The condo was bright yellow so he had his work cut out for him covering that color. He did a great job, extremely neat and got finished in a timely manner. he painted three different colors and baseboards and a separate u color outside. All work was great. We are very particular about painting and Brian exceeded expectations. Great person as well!

I have contracted Brian on two separate occasions.Both times I was very satisfied. He and his crew where professional. He was always on time for appointments and he started and ended the job as he promised. Would recommend him and would use him again.
