Brad's Pressure Washing Inc

We had been referred to Brad through a friend and called him to set up an annual HOA roof cleaning. He responded to us instantly, took down our information, and said he would call back shortly after he looked at our home on satellite. Just over an hour later, he called us back, and gave us his quote which was comparable to other companies we looked into using. We agreed to the price and set up an appointment for the next weekend. It happened to be Memorial Day weekend, and although I had felt it unnecessary to come that weekend, he told us that it was his only available time for the next few weeks. We had to have the roof down within a couple of weeks, so I agreed. I couldn't believe that he helped us out on this on a holiday weekend. We set up the time to be 8am, the earliest our community would allow work to be done. The night before, Brad called to confirm that he would there in the morning. He showed up about 10 minutes early and starting setting up. I had been at the store, so he waited a few minutes to get started just to go over everything with me before, and answer the questions I had. We left for the majority of the time he was there. When we arrived a couple of hours later, he was just finishing up our sidewalks (No charge!). The roof and driveway looked better than ever. After he was done, he went over a few things with me that I could do myself to maintain the driveway with very little work involved. Brad had a great demeanor, and was very professional all the way through. My 2 year old even asked him a few "very important questions", which he was more than happy to answer. Overall, the experience was excellent, the price was right, and the cleaning was top-notch. I would recommend Brad to anyone that asks.
