It didn't. I made an appontment for a time and date. The day of the appointment, I had a voicemail that stated if I didn't get back to them by noon that day, they were going to go see someone else. I called at 11:30 (immediately after listening to the voicemail) and left a message. It didn't sound like the voicemail was working properly, so I called back two other times and no answer. On their outgoing message, they gave a cell phone number to call. I called that and left a message, stating that I was, of course, still interested, and looked forward to seeing them that afternoon between 2 and 3 (as we had agreed to). I left work and hurried home and waited from 2:00 to 3:00. No show, no call. But that's not all. Their voicemail outgoing message on the cell phone had a message that said, "I'm a very busy woman." So, the takeaway I got was that they were just too busy for any more business. They could have just said that to begin with and respected my time a bit. Terrible customer service - bordering on rude.

Our experience with Blinds Galore and More could not have been better! When I contacted them, an appointment was set up within a few days and this wonderful husband/wife team came over and gave us a free estimate. Kathy and I discussed various options and decided the best way to go. Rick is the installer and he did a great job. He installed everything in just a few hours on the day and at the time he said he would. Not only did he take down the old window treatments and dispose of them, he patched and painted where the old hardware was before installing the new. He cleaned up after himself so no mess for me to deal with. Kathy and Rick are a great team. They are professional in every way. They gave me a very good price, a great product, did the work in a timely manner and Kathy even gave me some decorating tips! I would not hesitate to recommend them to all my friends and family. Did I mention the shutters are made in the USA?
