The only thing this company did well was to demolish and carry off the old wood stoop and stairs. The two men who came to build the stem wall and pour the concrete did a sloppy job on the steps (very rough edges) and splattered wet concrete on the screen cage, cage door, side of house, and landscaping. The aluminum railing was done so badly it could not be made right, and A&R failed to replace it. We terminated the contract and paid another contractor to remove the horribly-installed railings and install new ones in a workmanlike manner. We went round and round with these people for more than six months. They should remove the word "quality" from their business name and remove aluminum work from their business card as a specialty.

They started in March but did not finish until May. It took them 3 months! We had a neighbor get the same work done but by a different company and it only took them 7-10 days. Some days they showed up some days they didn't. When one guy would be here he would not even have the right equipment. He would have to hand mix the concrete, he did not even have a mixer. They did a very poor job and now we have cracks in the cement. They tried to fix it but what they did still did not work. I am very disappointed and wish we could get it fixed because it looks terrible! They should have someone come in to paint it because it looks so terrible and there even marks from the bottom of their shoes.
