Fantastic work!

It went extremely well. The walkways & driveway are whiter than they have ever been. Any mold/mildew on connecting tile surfaces are clean. By contrast many of our neighbors have used 'bargain' roof cleaners only to see that the roofs were cleaned but 'not really clean'. Connecting edges we see on some homes are not clean and are a resting place for mold, which is probably still alive waiting to invade their roofs. The edges I have inspected on my roof look clean and mold/mildew free. Had the contractor had roof repair epoxy with him, he said he would have repair/glued the 4 loose tiles I had at no additional cost. AJ had surveyed my roof weeks earlier and quoted the job. The day of the job, the truck arrived at the time promised, a visual evaluation was done by Chris, a very friendly, professional and knowledgable guy. Cleaning began only after we agree upon the cleaner concentration (10%) -and- after the drain tubes were attached to each downspout to divert cleaner away from all landscaping. about 6 hours later, all was completed. Besides the roof looking great, neither our pavers, sidewalk and driveway have ever looked this 'clean' & felt so smooth to bare feet, even after the we closed with our builder. Thumbs up to AJ & Roof Masters.

While inspecting for loose tiles, he pointed out some issues (and took pictures to prove it) with my roof and provided a detailed estimate to fix. He additionally gave us a 10% discount because we paid with cash. Will use them again.

AJ showed up on time with multiple crews ready to go. We have large home and it was a nice surprise to see it all accomplished one day! The crews all appeared to work together professionally and seamlessly like a well oiled machine. Mold, mildew, dirt and salt disappeared. All of our cleaned areas look great and are truly clean. We had a little roof runoff which was expected (as water runs downhill) and AJ promptly addressed it. He followed up to confirm that the work performed surpassed our expectations and that it exceeds the neighborhood covenant requirements. Great Job!

I have used this company multiple time over the last ten years to pressure wash the roof of my house. Every time the work was done professionally and to my complete satisfaction. I had a new brick paver driveway installed three years ago and it was past time to clean and seal the driveway so I called Roof Masters of Palm Beach for a price quote. The owner met with me the very next morning to determine the work that needed to be done and I received a detailed written quote that afternoon. I would normally have gotten another quote for comparison, but the price was below what I expected and I was very impressed with the quality of the sealer used. It was a two day job from start to finish. I liked the fact that the workers who did the job have worked for the company for at least the past ten years I have used the company. They took the time and expense to pre-treat all the stains on the driveway before pressure cleaning and made sure all the weeds between the cracks were removed in the process. Although not included in their quote, the company offered to sweep clean white sand into all the spaces between the brick pavers at no cost to me instead of waiting on me to do it as originally planned. The quality of the brick paver sealer was way above my expectations and I benefited from Roof Masters of Palm Beach's experience over the years using/testing other sealers in the hot Florida sun. The sealer was expensive compared to what's available at Home Depot or Lowe's but Roof Masters of Palm Beach took the time to set me up on a conference call with the manufacture and provided me with the product data sheet. The high quality sealer used turned out beautiful and I expect it to last much longer than other sealers. I tend to be a perfectionist and appreciate Roof Masters of Palm Beach being perfectionist also. This is an very professional company with long time employees who cares about their customer service reputation and uses only the best quality products. I would never use anybody else and would recommend them without hesitation to anybody needing their roof pressure cleaned or driveway sealed.

A.J. always answered or promptly returned my calls, came to the house to give me a price which we agreed on. The work had to be delayed for several days due to rain. When it the weather cleared his men arrived right on time, were polite, explained the procedure, and started work without delay. There is no doubt that I will call A.J. anytime I need his service again due to the great experience we had with him and his company.

The appointment time was set for post luch-time. at about 11:30 AJ called to let me know that he and his assistant would be here at 2PM. They were prompt and immediately set out placing tarps over my landscaping. He inspected and photographed the roof and reported some of damaged areas to me. I decided to go ahead with the wash and to discuss repairs/replacement at a later date. Two hours later, the job was completed and the roof looked as wonderful. They cleaned up, power washed my patio, and were on the way. I will be discussing the needed repairs and possible replacement of this 20 year old roof later in the week.
