The landlord and the tenant that I represent were very pleased with his turnaround time and overall price and quality product. I will recommend Drafting by IDS to my future clients as well as family and friends.
Description of Work: Provided a floor plan for a property, in order for a tentative daycare to receive approval from the municipality.

Description of Work: IDS is a drafting service and not an architect. Sometimes you need to get a seal by an architect or engineer to get work completed. Therefore I ultimately had to go to an architect to get plans that had a proper seal. That being said IDS did provide their services in a timely and professional manner however due to building code I couldn't use their drawings and had to pay an architect for new plans.

He promptly made arrangements to meet me to review my requirements , provide recommendations, establish timelines, and agree upon terms. He delivered initial plans earlier than the date he promised and endured many of my revisions. He stayed in constant contact throughout the process both via email and telephone. We have submitted Alex's plans to the building department and are awaiting our permit to begin construction now. Outstanding customer service, I am happy to recommend Alex to this community.
Description of Work: Alex designed a new covered patio/summer kitchen area for the back of our home including electrical plans and fireplace.

+ -1 moreAlex came to my house to take measurments, consulted with others regarding the specifific requirments, submitted a set of plans and referred us to an engineering firm who reviewed and sealed the plans. Later Alex called and emailed to follow-up and to verify that everything went well.
Description of Work: Alex was very helpful and eager to helpabove and beyond of what he actually was paid for.I was very satisfied and will not hesitate using him again next time.
