Gary Rizzo deploys excellent subcontractors. Elliot Pineda is a true artist with tile. Elliot presented several options for the arrangement of the tile to create geometric interest. His work was superb and the results stunning. Similarly, Electrician Donovan Gordon installed the lights and the new fan and corrected problems with my previous wiring. The new "Commercial Electric" LED Slim recessed lights provide a dazzling amount of light in three selectable temperatures of 3000K, 4000K or 5000K. The cabinets manufactured by Gary's supplier were first rate with soft close drawers. Gary manufactured pull out drawer trays for under the sinks and in the linen tower. It is very important to include the 1-1/2 inch spacer piece where one side of the cabinet abuts the wall so that that cabinet door can open past 90 degrees. The painting and crown molding were well done. We had a frameless shower door installed with a half wall frameless window.
