+ -1 moreThey convinced me to replace and buy a new water softener system. It doesn't work. When I called they send out technician and he did backwash and regen (that didn't work). Technician came back and they added resin (that didn't work). Technician changed backwash and regen timing and said it was probably water heater (we replaced water heater) that didn't work either. Technician came back and put in a new filter (worked for about a month and a half). Water starting to smell again and system is leaking. I called to have them pick up system and refund money and they said I own the system and that that wasn't happening. The the only thing I could do was be put on a monthly maintenance plan.
Description of Work: I needed a new salt delivery system.

+ -1 moreViktor - sales manager - was extremely prompt and attentive. While Culligan's prices are higher than some other options, I was happy with the service I received both during the sales & installation process, and you have the benefit of their long history.
