The owner was not professional at all and kinda bullied me into a contract while my head was spinning. Being a first time homeowner, I was not aware of the process. The company did not show on time, or sometimes not at all. It took about 3 months for the plumber to complete the job in my house. I let them go and hired another plumber when I was information by various people that the work was done incorrectly. To verify, I had other plumbers come in to price the job that was being done and was told it should have been half the amount of what I was charged. Then I was told the that work on my vanity pipes, drain pipes in kitchen and sanitary drain was incorrect. Had the work corrected and am happy with the change that I made. Run for the HILLS if you are dealing with this company or....I hope that you have deep pockets!
