BEWARE their spa service. They will rip you off. I requested a quote and was told they charge $170 for a service call to assess the repairs needed but that the cost of the service call would be applied to the cost of the repair. They lied. They charged me the $170 again when they came to do the repair. Oh, and by the way, they never did give me an estimate for the cost of the repair. Once it was done, they automatically charged my credit card. I tried to dispute the charge with my credit card but since I had nothing in writing saying they would apply the first charge to the final bill,I was out of luck. AVOID THE CHEATS.

We have been using All Florida Pool now for over a year for our pool service with great success. Steve's team comes and goes with no issues and the pool is always perfect. Joel's team did the pool resurface with new tile, angle jets and a new super bright LED Light with great care and diligence. They started and finished on-time without delays, no extra fee's and the team was very friendly. Joel personally oversee's this work and is very engaged. I highly Recommend All Florida for Pool Service and Pool work (repairs included) without any hesitation

It took several calls to get them to respond. The repair man came out and said it was due to a particular pump and had to order it. several weeks later, I called repeatedly and finally they responded the part was in. The repairman came out, replace the part. The spa was leaking worse than before. I complained. They sent a new repair man out, who spent about 5 minutes and actually found the problem. He showed me the problem, which was obvious, the other repairman never actually looked on the other side of the spa. He said they had the part in house, he would fix it right away. I said great, I had a party that weekend, so that would work out. I then get a call from the office who says they wont come out to finish the job until I pay $176.00 for the other part that was replaced. I said I didnt even get a bill yet from you, and you havent finished the job. When you actually fix the problem, I will be happy to pay you. They then had the repairman call me and leave me a message to call him. I did, he didnt answer and I told him the same thing. Three days later I get the bill. I just want the spa fixed, so I paid it. I then go out of town for a week. I get a call at the end of that week, telling me I had a bill outstanding. I know I paid it. They then asked, is the spa fixed. I said, no its not fixed. You refuse to fix it until you had payment for a part, that wasnt necessary to fix the problem. Then they said, they would have to come out to make sure it wasnt fixed. I hung up. I will never use them again.

I had to wait for an estimate until the guy came back from vacation. He's there a total of three minutes and throws a number at me, a number that was grotesquely high. This was after telling me, You're a teacher like my wife. I'll take care of you." No written quote, lack of professionalism, and a waste of my time.

I recently contracted with All Florida Pool to perform a remodel of my pool in Weston, FL and also utilized them for monthly pool service. The $6200 remodel job (diamond brite materials and installation and water line tile labor only; old tile demo was done by me) was not done up to standard; the diamond brite looks like a thin coat that will not last the warranty period. The service team also let me down as my automatic cleaner had to pick up remodel debris; and there is still debris in my Jacuzzi (my automatic cleaner doesn't get in there) two and a half months later. I was told it would be remedied by sending a portable vacuum out to my house but that has yet to be done. I also noticed the pool guy on 4 occasions not brushing my pool walls. Worst part is the arrogance and rudeness of the remodeling manager. Can not recommend them or will ever use them again.

I didn't like my experience with them. They used my garden hoses and got cement on them and didn't wash them off or even put them back where they found. They were never here when they said they would be and didn't call to let me know. It was the most uncomfortable experience. The whole summer went by and I didn't have my pool. I lost a lot of work due to the no call and no shows. I know now to put a start date and an end date in my contracts.

They do a good job weekly plus I called for service and a very expert man came and checked out everything, telling me it was functioning perfectly and he did not charge me because it needed no repairs -- I was very impressed at that..

Terrific. The technician's name was Yoel and he was extremely professional and efficient. He came on time, predicted the sensor was the problem from a reading on the gauge, took the panels off and replaced the sensor, and it ran perfectly . The charge was $89 for the service call and about $85 for the part which he had on his truck. He was very courteous and explained a lot about the hot tub to me. It could not have been better.

They came out and repaired it the same day. Very nice fast and professional.

I have used them for several years and they are very good at what they do, the only thing that seems to be an issue is communication. If I call them because our pool is making a funny noise and a few days later I notice that it isn't making that noise I don't know if they came out and fixed it without telling me or if it resolved itself. The do a really good job with normal maintenance but maybe should let customers know when they have been out for reasons other than routine. I've been with them for quite a while so maybe I'm just used to it but overall I really like them and would recommend them.

They test the pool water for free and they will let you know what supplies you need to buy for the water.

I bought an old house that had never had the pool refinished. I called a few companies to receive quotes on resurfacing with Diamond Brite and to change the waterline tile and add a skimmer line. Ira was the salesman and he seemed like a straight shooter to begin with. That made me feel comfortable so I chose them over the other companies. It was a huge mistake. He's a liar and a deceiver and the quality at which they completed the job was horrible. After the job was completed and the pool was filled up, I noticed that there was shadowing in the shallow end. You could see trowel marks and footprints embedded in the Diamond Brite finish. I mentioned it to him after he came to collect the final payment, and he said it would disappear. He did not give me proper instructions on how to take care of the pool except to make sure that the levels were correct. He failed to mention that you cannot check them on a weekly basis after it's just done. You have to check every day. Because I was not checking as frequently, the pool crystallized and made those marks more prominent. I called several times to get him to come out and check and he never answered. After a few weeks of trying to call, I had to have a lawyer send a letter threatening them. He called immediately after that and came to check out the pool. He blamed me for not taking care of the chemicals even though you could see trowel marks and footprints. He left it at that. I had to threaten them again and he set up a meeting with a "Diamond Brite" specialist who came and inspected my pool and conveniently sided with him and blamed me for not maintaining the proper levels. I now have to hire another company to come and drain the pool and acid wash to try and remove the foot prints and trowel marks. Horrible service and a disgusting attitude.

To be truthful they are overall respectful, but their customer service really needs improvement. I signed up with this company May 2011. The original pool guy was not the greatest and could be unprofessional but I was willing tolerate. He would often try to sell pool equipment to me on the side which was irritating. In April 2012 they changed the pool guy without notifying me that someone new would be attending my pool. My father happen to be home one day and noticed this completely different person cleaning my pool. I let that slide and did not complain. Every time they would clean the pool I would get a notice on my door letting me know that the pool was serviced. The true hassle occurred in early May when I got a notice informing me that my timer was not functioning, however there was no follow up from them until I called. Also my filter had to be changed which at the time I agreed to since I knew the pool guy was coming later that week so pretty much it would be changed. It was in this conversation that they explained that to determine the actual problem they could send someone but I would have to pay 75$. I did not appreciate that since I was paying them 90$/month BUT I agreed to pay the 75$ because truthfully I was very concerned about the pool. Turned out that it was the pump and not the timer which is fine. The week of May 21st I decide to cancel my overall pool service AND the order of the filter which was still not installed. By this time I had signed up with another pool service who did not charge me to come out and determine the pool problem. Plus, their charge for fixing the pump was way more reasonable then what All Florida Pool was going to charge me for changing the pump. So when calling to cancel the lady on the phone agreed to canceling the service and the filter, but indicated that I was still due for two more cleanings which they could refund my money OR just come out to clean the pool. I agreed to them coming to clean the pool. I stressed with the lady that it would just be for the pool cleaning and nothing else. And, she reconfirmed it would ONLY be cleaning since I had already paid for the month. Stupid me I should have just agreed to have them send a cheque! The week I cancel the service and filter; miraculously when he comes to service a new filter is put in and I get a bill for 115$. Remember I cancelled my service and I also canceled the filter at the same, however she told that I still have two more cleanings due. Also, remember I do owe them the 75$ for the service guy that came out to determine that the problem was with the pump. And, I was awaiting the bill but not a bill for a 115$ for a filter I canceled. So when calling the company I am told I owed the 115$, and I explained that I canceled, this person has the audacity to tell me that they would come and take out the filter and put back in the previous filter. Also, that they were doing me a favor by canceling since I am supposed to give them at least a month's notice. I explained that A-it was not my fault that the original person I spoke with agreed to cancel my account and B- how would I know that the filter they would put back in would be the original filter. She explained that I am getting a filter for free and they could come and take it out. I essentially said that their company was no longer permitted on my property! At this point I was told that a manager would call me back. A couple of weeks go by and I do not hear from the manager, so I call and she explains that she needs to speak to her manager. So a couple more weeks go by and now we are in mid-late June, and the matter is still not resolved. However, I get another bill for 115$, and I call but the manager is not in, and I am told that she will call me back. More time goes by and I get another bill and this time an email of the bill, plus a phone call from their Accounts Receivable department. I speak to that person, and once again explain my story. Saying that I canceled the service and the filter, however I do owe 75$ for the service man coming out to take a look at the problem with my pump. She then tells me that she needs to speak to the manager. BTW, this was last week that I spoke with her. I decided to email yesterday and find out the status of the situation. Finally today (July 18th) I get a call from the manager saying that she spoke with her manager and they would give me a 10% discount and I would be charged approximately 103$ including the taxes. By now I am fed up and beaten down and just wanting this company out of my life. But, I do feel robbed. I was with this company for a year and overall I am very disappointed. I know the difference between 115$ and 75$ is only 40$ but truthfully it was the principle of the matter. I canceled and it is not my fault that the communication in their company is deplorable. Every time I spoke with a person I would have to explain the entire situation all over again. Also, here I was always paying my bills on time and in good standing, and this is the treatment I get. The company I am with now, anything goes wrong I am immediately called,/emailed it is the same guy, same day of the week who comes to clean my pool regardless of weather conditions. I get emails every time the pool is cleaned explaining exactly what was tested, and what they cleaned and if any chemicals were added. The service is so much better, and very professional. Honestly, I would never recommend All Florida Pool and Spa Center to anyone!

This company is very bad: expensive, unfriendly and absolutely not knowledgeable. We have used them for our monthly service and our pool was never clean, NEVER! Then once we decided we wanted to renovate it and asked for some estimates around: they were the most expensive out there!

My pool is 85'3'X7' holding 17,000 gallons. Pool renovation took place in December, 2010 for $7,500.00 The job was well done, the workmen were fast and efficient., but I needed to request the removal of the old decorative tiles before the application of the new tiles above the water line. Had I not requested this, they would have just installed the new tiles on top of the old ones. The result would have looked awkward, with the new tiles no longer being recessed under the pool rim. This was an effort on their part to get in and get out as quickly as possible. Heat Pump. I was quoted $4,200 for a brand ("Heat Perfector") that my research showed, is no longer manufactured. I spoke with the manufacturer who not conducts most of their business in England, no longer manufactures heat pumps. They suggested that 'All Florida' must have purchased remainders of this item from a liquidator. Two further quotes were received from different individuals at the firm, as follows: A floor salesman offered a "Jandy" 112,000 BTU, for $4,600 and the same unit quoted by the Service Manager for $5,000. Leak detection $250.00 After the renovation, I suspected a possible leak as I was losing one quarter inch or so, per day. I was quoted $250 by the salesman, and $300.00 by the service manager to find the leak. The individual assigned to the job seemed quite knowledgable, affable and attentive. Upon his final departure, he concluded that there was no leak, however, he did place epoxy around the light fixture and water jets just to be sure. For that the charge would normally be an additional $345.00 but he would discount it for me to only $200, bringing the total to $450.00 - Upon my protest, the company adjusted the bill to the original quoted price.

They are great and very responsive. Whenever I walk into the business, everyone is friendly, nice and professional. It is very easy to get an appointment with them. They respond quickly and they are very knowledgeable. I never feel that they oversell their products.

They do they great job, I completely trust them at my home. I would recommend them to anyone.

They did really poorly. They were inconsistent. They charge you even if they don't come. We were out of town and they charged us and our pool was green. It's $75.00 a month. Always a string of extra charges. They don't know how to fix things even if they break (i.e. pump or creepy crawler). Not a trustworthy company.

I thought this company did a terrible job. They have really bad tech's working for them. I called and asked for someone else and they refused so I had to cancel the service through them. I just was not happy with everything they did.

They do a pretty good job cleaning my pool, although the price is a bit high. They are always on time for my scheduled pool cleaning appointments. When it comes to getting the job done in a timely manner, they are the ones you want.

All Florida Pool And Spa Service does a very good job keeping my pool clean. I can count on them being here the same day every week. My swimming pool looks clear and sparkling and my tenants are enjoying it more now.

I have used this company for almost six years now. Things were fine at the beginning and then went down hill recently. They seldom missed the day they were supposed to come and when they did come, I do not think they did much work because the pool did not look good. Recently, the pool turned green and they claimed that the guy came even though I was home and know he did not. They do not return my calls timely and do not seem to care much. At one point, they had a different guy come every week so there was no continuity. They have really been terrible lately. They are cheap, but you get what you pay for. I am looking for a new pool service company.

Very poor service and a very casual attitude towards complaints. I would rather clean my own pool than to pay them. Over the past two months, they have missed cleaning the pool by the weekend 30% of the time. I usually end up cleaning my own pool but they always send me a bill anyway.

Removed water directional jets and replaced them. When the pool was refilled all the jets leaked!! They removed the jets to repair the leaks. They wanted to charge me to repair their work! Now I have no directional jets just a stream of water shooting to the middle of the pool.
