+ -1 moreMade appointment long distance. Was quick and easy to make the appointment., saving time for dispatcher, installer, and me. Job done well. Douglas was installer. Came when he said he would. Gave me a followup call letting me know what was done and what couldn't be done. Cost was reasonable and charge was as estimated.
Description of Work: Re-keyed locks; installed locking doorknob.
