+ -1 moreTerrible experience!! The man I originally spoke with was a darling person, the man that would not give me the time of day, even though I had the $23,000 in hand, a Mr. Cris Ratjen, should go back to school to learn manners.
Description of Work: In February of this year I went to the Boca Kitchens showroom and spoke to a Mr. JC, who was very friendly and extremely professional. Within 20 minutes he had made a kitchen design for me based on my measurements I had brought from Home Depot. The design was beautiful and the price was reasonable. I was very happy to have met Mr. JC. I was told that the kitchen remodel was able to be done entirely by Boca Kitchens at a cost of approximately $23,000, including installation and countertops, and since I live in a house and did not want to pull permits, they would also help me. I was sold on this project, and I had to get a home equity loan to pay for this remodel. This took me more than a 60 days, however, Mr. JC did not pressure me as he told me that prices would not change for 6 months at the least. I returned in June 1 and was told that JC was not there, and no one could help me, as there were no drawings or plans for my kitchen. Now I have to go pack to Home Depot.

+ -1 moreTHEY DID A REALLY LOUSY JOB REMODELING MY KITCHEN. IT TOOK THEM ELEVEN MONTHS TO DO THE KITCHEN AND IT WAS ONLY SUPPOSED TO TAKE THEM TWO WEEKS. I WAS NOT SATISFIED WITH THE WORK THEY DID.
Description of Work: THEY REMODELED MY KITCHEN.

+ -1 moreTHE QUALITY OF WORK WAS GOOD. IT TOOK THEM FOREVER TO GET THE WORK DONE THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO HAVE IT DONE IN TWO WEEKS, IT ACTUALLY TOOK THEM THREE MONTHS FOR THE JOB TO GET DONE.
