Jacob (owner) was great when quoting, sprinkler installation, and sod installation...once all was paid and issues were encountered, he has consistently missed appointments to come look and resolve issues. I have had to make changes to my work schedule to meet with him only to be left waiting and not hearing from him for the missed appointments over and over again (yesterday was the latest instance after months of trying to get him to come by). It was a pleasure doing business with Jacob at the beginning, but after the transaction was completed, follow-up and issue resolution is unsatisfactory. I have made many attempts to get this resolved amicably, but have been unsuccessful. He missed yesterday's appointment and has not even reached-out to me to reschedule, let me know reason for the missed appointment, or anything. Quite unfortunate.

Made appoitmnet and a quot for tuesday 4/24, never kept , got a call back from Jacob and reschedule for thursday again nevercame. Called Jacob several times and no return. Bad customer relations

While at work, I recieved a call from Jacob, that they were at my home and that they were not able to prime the pump and that that the pump had a funny sound; I shared that the pump had been working up until the time that the inlet pipes broke on me while I was performing some maitenance on the pump just the week before. We agreed I'd look at the installation when I got home that night and then give him a call; What was odd, was that he left the site and didn't even let my wife, who was at home during the time of the repair, know that he and his team had left; When I got home after work, I was amazed at what I found; the plumbing into the housing's inlet looked like it was forced into the pump housing; not evenly threaded into inlet of houseing; In addition, plumber's putty was used on the threads; it was gell like and sticky to the touch; when I fired up my pump there was a horrible rattling sound which when I shined a flash light in the housing I saw shards of PVC pipe impacting the pumps impellor. I called Jacob immediately following my finding and have yet to hear back. I also notified the police of the incident.
