200.00 estimate turned into 360.00. Then after paying by using my credit card, was told there was a cash discount. Just seemed shady and played upon the urgent need for a key. Did not feel like this company is customer centered but all about the money. Won’t make this mistake again.

They charged me $150 for two Cadillac keys claiming it was that expensive because they had to program them. UNTRUE. I found out the key is self-programming and you can buy one online for as low as $7 plus cutting, or at HD for $39 and that includes cutting. The manager, Dawn, told me to bring proof of this and she would refund me, and when I brought proof, she acted as if she had no authority to make good on her promise. She handed me off to the owner, Peter, whose response was "too bad". I think they are not only tremendously overcharging customers, but they lack integrity in dealing with customer problems.

The locks good. I had better experience with another company.

Horrible! From the moment the man answered the phone with "hello". Since he didn't answer with the business name I asked "is this a locksmith company"? He stated "what do you want I don't have time for 60 questions". I then tried to explain what I needed and he told me to just get to the point. I have never experienced such a rude business call he was so totally rude I told him I would call another Angie's list locksmith which I did.

Very professional and cordial. They told me what I needed. Will definitely use them in the future

Storefront was closed due to holidays. Mobile services available. Sal was very courteous and informative over the phone. Would definitely consider contacting in the future.

They showed up on time and were pleasant and efficient. We also called them to make a few more keys for us and they came by when in the area and made a few more. I've used them in the past and they are very good, neat and personable.

They were very good. I liked everything about them. They came and did what needed to be done. They were polite and they charged what we agreed on. They were also right on time. It was problem free experience. I would absolutely use them again if needed.

They are very good, pleasant and inexpensive. That's the only place I have ever gone that I did not have to go back. It's accurate, I have never had to go back. In any other place, you always have to go back and get it polished, that's the sad part. It is the only place I have ever gone to where the keys are duplicated perfectly the first time. I would work with them again in the future.

THEY ARE A GREAT COMPANY. EVERY TIME I CALL AND NEED THEIR SERVICES THEY RESPOND IN LESS THAN AN HOUR. THE PRICE IS VERY GOOD FOR THE QUALITY OF WORK THIS COMPANY HAS TO OFFER.
