The dryer wasn't working efficiently because of the lint in the duct . AAA dryer vent solutions did an excellent job even when the vent was hard to reach. .I am very pleased with AAA dryer vent solutions.

These guys are outstanding - I highly recommend them. I called on day 1. I made an appointment for day 2. They showed up not just on time, but 15 minutes early. Their people were well groomed, professional, polite and nice. They immediately went to work on the job, they had all the tools they needed and did the job efficiently. Living in South Florida, these people are a real rarity: they came when they said they would, the did the job they said they would, they did it for the price they quoted, their price was fair, they spoke both English and Spanish. I can find nothing lacking in this company. If they did house painting and car repairs, I would use them for that too!

The guy was excellent. They were very inexpensive. The job went very well. They cleaned it from below and they went up on the roof and cleaned the pipes as well.

Everything was a perfect experience from the moment I called AAA Dryer Vent cleaning. Our dryer is under contract with Sears however this does not include cleaning the dryer vent which goes up to the roof in our two story townhome. Sears wanted double to come out and clean the vent. I found AAA on Angie's List. George called to let me know he would be an hour later than originally expected and then showed up on time. The work was performed professionally and expertly, not only from the vent in the garage, but down from the roof to insure the entire length of the vent was cleaned properly. I have already recommended this company to all my friends and strongly recommend AAA to all.

My dryer had stopped working. A repair company came out and said the thermostat had to be replaced, which he did, but when he went to hook up the vent to the wall the dryer started getting hot again and strongly suggested that the vent be cleaned. I went to Angie's List and found this company, called and they came out that day, actually within an hour. One man went on the roof to clean,and one used a vacuum at the vent behind the dryer.

I had an appointment for a specific time and they called to say they could start the job sooner if it was acceptable. I agreed to the earlier appointment and they arrived punctually. It had been raining earlier and the outside was still very wet. They were concerned about not tracking any mud into my home. When they pulled my dryer out to access the vent area, they discovered the vent hose installed with the dryer was too long and was being forced into a crimped and contorted shape that impeded the air flow. They agreed to replace the vent hose with a shorter one that would perform without crimping or bending for an additional $10.00. When the job was completed they said the work was guaranteed for 1 year and asked if they could place a sticker on the dryer to register the date of service. I thought this was a great idea as it will be a visual reminder that I can see every time I use my dryer. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again.

When I called the company they were able to schedule an appointment for the following day. They arrived promptly, and explained the service they would be providing. One person was on the roof where the dryer vent came out of the house. The other person was in the laundry room where the dryer connects to the vent. He had a vacuum, and vacuumed everything out of the vent, while the person on the roof used a long brush to push all the lint down to the vacuum. They left everything spotless. My dryer never looked so clean! Best of all, my clothes are drying in half the time that they were, before the vent was cleaned. I would highly recommend this company.
