The teck was personable. And professional

I hired Geno the owner and sole employee of Genius Quality Service to repair the ice maker in the freezer of my GE side by side. The ice was not coming out of the outside of the door. First he said it needed a new motor which he installed, then he had to come to my home 3 additional times because each time he did something, it still wasn't fixed and he said it needed other parts. In all, I paid him close to $700.00 for the parts and labor, and it is still not working any differently than when he first came. He is incompetent and dishonest.

He never repair. He added Freon but didn't work out. Some parts suppose to be ordered but I ordered myself I didn't get any response to install . I was the one ordering the parts and installing by myself that he suppose to do. I want a partial refund.

Refrigerator and freezer were not staying cold as it should

Problem was determined on the motherboard. Problem was solved, expeditiously. We would use Gino again, should other major appliance problems arise, in the future. Gino is a gentleman who charges a reasonable fee for his services.
