The technician replaced the unit charged an extra $30 to replace the mounting flange at my request. Three weeks later I noticed a leak under the sink and the flange was loose. I have contacted Junius a number of times to come look at the issue but he hasn’t come to the house after I agreed that if it wasn’t installed incorrectly but something else I would absorb the cost.
