This is the second time he has cleaned the vent in my rental house. I have never actually met him, but our conversations on the phone have been pleasant. I will be hiring him yearly to clean my dryer vent.

Owner Clay came out and did an excellent job! Very through, professional, and cleaned up after. Had him do my home, daughters, and my sister-in- law. Everyone was happy, and his prices are very reasonable. He also did pictures of before and after. Would definitely recommend him and would use him again.

i called and spoke to the owner, Clay. We are located close to his business and he came out personally the nest day on time. Clay was very professional and went up on my roof to do the work. The vent was totally clogged with lint and a large wasp nest. Clay showed me the before picture, it was awful. He did a wonderful job and the after photo of the vent looked like new. He also installed 2 plumbing vent screens. A great experience with a great business.

I had a dishwasher that wasn't draining, and the problem was diagnosed over the phone by an appliance repairman -- needed to remove the drain plug from a new garbage disposal, and re-route the dishwasher drain hose. Since I also needed to have my dryer vent cleaned, the appliance repairman recommended Clay @ VentPro. In addition to cleaning my dryer vent, Clay also took care of the dishwasher drain, saving me the time and expense of an additional repair visit.

Vent pro was kindly recommended to us by Baxter appliance repair. Vent pro arrived right on time. They used a camera and showed us the blockage in our dryer vent. They clean the vent from dryer to roof and actually go up on the roof to do this! Clay also helped me put my dryer back together.. note to self.. wine and a youtube video do NOT make you an appliance repair person!! Our dryer is now working better than it ever has. I have know idea how our house didn't start on fire Thank you to Clay and Ray for a job well done!

Great! Clay was very friendly and professional and in no time the dryer vent was cleaned efficiently and effectively. We were impressed with the integrity shown by Clay in not recommending work that did not need to be done. The use of the video camera before and after showed exactly what needed done and was proof of the expert work completed. We have piece of mind knowing that the highly flammable material has been removed from the dryer vent. We will definitely recommend Vent Pro to our friends and neighbors!

Clay was the tech that came out and I was amazed how thorough he was. He first used a camera to see how bad the vent was before he cleaned it and checked after to make sure he got all the lint out. He was very knowledgable and answered all my questions. I didn't realize how clogged the vent could get just after 2 years. I would highly recommend Vent pro!!
