He called in a good time frame, was friendly, asked for information and said he’d call the following morning to set up an exact time to swing by later that afternoon. The next evening he called and apologized for a no call/show. All was well, he was busy, it slipped his mind and I understood. Tom took down my number and location again, made another confirmed plan to call me the next day and swing by for an estimate. While I’m not addressing his work, I have to mention the follow through as I never heard back from him.

+ -1 moreTom and his wife did a great job which included removal of a tree and a large bush. They were able to quickly get a permit, schedule a pre-pour inspection, and get the job done. Our patio looks beautiful. Even the inspector said it turned out very nice. Tom always kept us informed and let us know time of arrival or if running late. They cleaned up the area very nicely when they were finished. Would highly recommend Tom's Concrete.

Was very neat and accurate. He knows his trade. He did all of above with a smile. I would hire him again in an instant. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
Description of Work: Put in new sidewalk. Removed old sidewalk. Cleaned up like he was never there.Basically he did what he said he would do in a very timely fashion.

+ -1 moreTom came out and gave a price for the work I wanted done. I accepted his bid and scheduled the work to be done on June 12, 2015. Tom and Audry showed up promptly the morning of day of the job. They worked as a team and completed the job late that afternoon. They had some extra concrete, so the offered to fill in a couple of spots along the seawall at no extra charge.Their quality of work is excellent and they cleaned up and left the premises as they found it.
Description of Work: Raised the floor on my front porch with concrete. Raised the floor in the back of the house with concrete.

+ -1 moreAlthough Tom had the best price for the portion we wanted to replace, all contractors said we should replace almost the entire driveway at the same time. We really couldn't afford that much this year ($4100). I decided to patch one of the cracks myself to see how it would look. Next year we'll be better able to decide if we really need to replace the entire drive.

They are the most honest, professional, hard working people out there. They went over and above what was required to get our project done. Description of Work: Made the cement walk from our lanai to our dock. It's a hilly area and I was concerned on how the steps would come out. Tom and Audrey did a terrific job planning so it would be an easy walk to our dock.

Description of Work: Have been hesitant on reviewing since i really need concrete work completed, but for some reason i do not get any responses from this company. Made 2 separate attempts to contact this company by messaging here on this site. Absolutely no response even months later. Not sure if they do not use the messaging system here or not but makes me wonder about responsiveness of company.

Tom and his wife worked together putting up the forms, pouring and leveling the concrete and finishing the entire area with a and quot;broom finishand quot; and even put in sawcuts to prepare for and avoid any possible cracks in the future. An AWESOME JOB for an AWESOME PRICE!
Description of Work: Tom & his wife did an EXCELLENT job. They should received an A+ rating. I had spent months trying to find someone to solve our problem of the area behind the lanai flooding during heavy rains because the lawn behind the house was now thicker than the lanai which was ground level when the house was built in 1989. I had many people out to look at the area with all sorts of crazy ideas, including insisting that we needed to tear out & regrade the entire backyard to make it lower, which would have only created a worse problem, because the yard slopes from back to front so that any water would drain towards the street. Tom of Tom's Concrete had the BEST idea along with the BEST price. He poured concrete raising the lanai up 3" so that it is now as high as the foundation of the house, the continued the concrete behind the house another 10ft. under the awning, so that the entire area now slopes away from the house & is now 2" above the lawn - NO MORE PROBLEM!

I called him on Wednesday, and he told me that he would be able to come either Thursday evening or Friday. This morning I received a phone call that he'd be able to come tonight or sometime over the weekend. If he can't schedule a day and a time to provide estimates, who knows when he'd be able to actually perform the work.
