We contacted "The Plumber" after another plumber said this same repair would cost a much higher amount. The first plumber told us we had cast iron pipe that needed to be replaced. James the owner "The Plumber", arrived with his helper and worked on the problem until it was totally finished. James exposed the pipe which was PVC and no cast iron. We stayed at the property for the entire repair. We are so pleased we found James because of a family members referral. James knows plumbing. He says he has been doing this type of work for 38 years. He actually gets his hands dirty! This job was very messy working with a sewer line. We have rental duplexes in this area and have been looking for an honest plumber for a long time. We have experienced bad plumbers without any knowledge of plumbing but excellent at giving large bills. We are pleased to give James our highest rating. Honest and competent are hard to find.
