Inspection performed as agreed, after underlayment and after completion of metal wind rated roof. Wind mitigation report covered new roof, structural ties and window shutters for submittal to my insurance, which resulted in a partial refund of premium.

Two hours for the inspection process. Walter was the inspector and he is also a prior home builder. He was professional, knew what to look for as well as provided detailed photos to support and document the inspection. When insurance companies had questions he was able to immediately supply the proper information and he did a follow up with us as well. I would recommend him to any home owner.
