They come out every spring to service out unit. The price is mediocre, a little on the high side, but they do great work. They replace the florescent bulb, the clean the electrodes, and make sure the system works fine. Its wonderful. It's more than a regular visit.

They come out once a year, we use them all the time. They installed the whole system, its quite a complicated system. They did all the duct work, the air handling, and we got an electronic filter, with a UV light so we got the whole thing. I am a heart transplant so we have to keep it as clean as possible. So we got a very complicated system and maintained it very well for us. They also installed it very well. We had 3 bids, and they were probably the best. It was marvelously done and it has worked well with our allergies. They came out very quickly, they say with a heart transplant people pay more attention to you. They usually come out the same day or the next day.

10 minutes early. Professional and considerate. Helpful suggestions. No sales pressure. On statement of service he wrote a plan and cost of a scheduled maintenance recommendation and said I could think about it and let them know if I wanted to pursue it. I think it might have been the best and quot;home serviceand quot; experience that I have had with any company.

Our thermostat malfunctioned causing the a/c to run continuously - we woke to 66 degree temperature in the house. Sea Air sent someone within the hour who replaced our thermostat. We have used Sea Air for many years and always been pleased with their service and professionalism. All their technicians take the time to explain what they are doing and answer all our questions.

Everything was fine with the service. They were prompt and they did a good job. Everything went well. The technician was personable and professional.

They showed up on time for the appointment. Scheduling went fine and I did not have a negative experience. One technician was here doing the tune up and it took him about an hour to complete the service.

All scheduling etc. was done by e-mail. Hunter, the technician, showed up as scheduled at 8:00 am. He introduced himself, explained what he was going to do and went to work. He thoroughly cleaned our AC unit, tested it, came in and checked thermostat and AC ducts. He put on booties each time he entered the house, was professional and pleasant, and done in about an hour. I would definitely use Sea Air again.

Bought the $49 service through Angie's List Deals. Justin arrived right on time a couple days later. He cleaned and tested the units thoroughly (even worked through the rain). After the cleaning, the AC is running quieter and cools faster. Will do business with them again.

Ethan, oour service man, did a very thorough and professional cleaning and tune-up of the air conditioning system of our home. He realized that the thermostat was not operating properly and also replaced it for us with a simple-to-operate model. We certainly appreciate the new thermostat as it does not require the complicated programming of our older model. Since we are new owners of this home, Ethan showed us how to remove and clean the filter which we could not figure out. It is good to have our air conditioning operating. Thank you Ethan.

They were excellent. The installer was very professional and explained everything in detail.

I solicited bids from 3 companies on Angie's List, including Sea Air. I accepted Sea Air's bid, mainly because they offered an air handler that qualified for a larger rebate from our utility company than the ones offered by the other bidders. This unit also had the highest efficiency rating offered by any of the 3 companies. When Sea Air came to install the unit, they determined the air handler did not fit in our utility closet - it was too tall. They had to return to their warehouse to get an air handler that would fit. The replacement unit did not qualify for the larger rebate from our utility company; it qualified for the same rebate offered by the other bidders. I chose to go ahead with the installation since the overall price (after rebate) fell in line with the other bidders. I was impressed with the installation crew. They were courteous and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. The A/C unit and air handler are working very well. If you consider this company, be sure to ask questions if something appears amiss about their bid. In hindsight I would have asked Sea Air how they could offer a unit with a higher rebate than the other companies. I gave them a and quot;Cand quot; for professionalism because of the bidding process. The estimator (the person who measured the spot where the air handler would be placed) supposedly has years of experience in HVAC, so I don't know why the unit with the higher rebate was even offered. They should have known the air handler was too tall. The installation crew was excellent and I would give them an and quot;Aand quot; for professionalism. In conclusion, I believe I purchased a fine A/C system but I don't feel like I can recommend this company. There are many A/C contractors in my area. Because of the amount of competition, I expect professionalism in all areas.

They were fabulous. They were very prompt and their prices are good. They do what they say they are going to do. They are perfect.

Very pleased with the install Sea Air performed. The professionalism the owner exhibited and the courtesy of the field employees puts this company on my list of recommended contractors. As a bonus, I was also given a cash discount. Thanks Sea Air.

AC was not working. Called Sea Air and problem was solved within 2 hours of first contacting them. Would recommend and use in future.
