contacted Steve ( the owner) for a quote on a new "split system" A/C unit for my condo in Cape Coral Florida. He sent out one of his techs to evaluate my system and provided me with a more energy efficient alternative to my existing failing unit. He provided me with a quote for a 16 SEER unit that was cheaper then what the competitors quoted for a 14 SEER unit. We scheduled an appointment and within a couple days the installer (John) showed up on time to install. He was very knowledgable and courteous and completed the task in a timely manor. We really appreciated his attention to detail and could tell he really enjoys his work. He reviewed all the permit requirements and even noted and fixed a few discrepancies that was outside the scope of work at no additional cost. They worked with me very closely as well as the financing, and also they had my system installed within one week. I had a couple of open issues and their follow up hasn't been very good up there. I am still waiting on them to follow up on a couple of issues and I am still waiting for the final inspection which is not their issue but the inspector's issue. Just to follow up on these last 2 open issues prior to the inspection hasn't been very good. The system hasn't been tied down yet and I am still waiting for the filter for the handler. If it was like a tiddly little issue, it wouldn't bother me but I consider those 2 kind of important.
