Description of Work: Came to the house for a meeting with me and the wine cellar company to design a custom bar and wine cellar. . Discussed details of the project. He was supposed to get back with a proposal and never did. I tried to contact him several times but got no response. Ultimately went with another contractor.

 + -1 moreWe have nothing but praise for the way Brett handled the supervision of our remodel. He was always available whenever we needed him to answer questions or to address a concern. He supervised the demolition of the old bath as well as the reconstruction of the new bath. This included the plumbers, electricians, cabinet installation and tile installers. We couldn't be any happier with his work! We would recommend him to anyone who has a remodel or construction project. He was very professional, experienced and his price was reasonable. We love our new bathroom!
Description of Work: Brett supervised and coordinated the remodeling of our master bathroom.

Description of Work: I called to set up an appointment for an estimate. He said he would be here Monday 1/7/2013 after 11:30 AM, as I requested. He never showed up, never called, kept me waiting all afternoon. I will never recommend this guy for anything.

 + 1 moreHe is totally trustworthy and he looks after his customer. We were absent owners and he always had our interest at heart. I doubt you can do better if you need extensive work completed while you are away.
Description of Work: Brett was our general contractor for our extensive remodel and built our bar cabinetry. The remodel covered the master bedroom, master bath, half bath and kitchen. He also supervised full fresh water and waster water plumbing replacement. He built our bar cabinetry and they are beautiful.

 + 0 moreBrett's attention to detail was appreciated. We live 1,600 miles away from the condo, but Brett kept us well informed on the progress. Whenever there was a question, he contacted us. A friend said we'd never be able to remodel long distance, but Brett was a trustworthy general contrator, and he chose excellent subcontractors. We couldn't be happier with the final result. Actually, it was a joy having the work done while we were gone, as we didn't have to live in the middle of a construction zone!
Description of Work: We hired Brett Lindsey to be the general contractor for our condo kitchen remodeling project, which cost about $23,000. The project included new cabinets, granite counters, appliances, tile floors, and backsplash. We ordered cabinets, which Brett installed, after gutting the old kitchen. Brett also suggested that we enlarge the doorway to the kitchen. We appreciated the suggestion, and he did the work. He oversaw the electrician, plumber, and other subcontractors, and after hanging the cabinets, he patched the drywall and painted the entire condo for us. We ran into our condo HOA president a couple days ago, and he said everyone appreciated that Brett always cleaned up after himself. We're on the 4th floor of the condo, so this was not an easy remodel.

 + 4 moreWe were out of state just visitng every 6 weeks or so. It ran pretty much on schedule and totally on budget. The quality of work was always high. I totally trust Brett. He may not be the least expensive but he does quality work and meets or exceeds expectations consistently. He does beautiful cabinet work. I felt bad making him install Ikea cabinets in our kitchen but he did a great job.
