They come every month and they have been coming to our house for 13 years. They actually started coming every week to do a few things indoors. The charge depends on the different services they do. The bigger the size, the more the cost but they have very good pricing.

Description of Work: Since the house was empty and this was our first pest control application, we had them do both inside and outside. They came back a few days later for a second exterior application. Seems quite effective. We have subscribed to their service so they will be back every three months. So far so good.

My experience with them has been fine. They've been doing it for over a year now. There's nothing they can do differently. They're fine. The service techs are very pleasant and responsive to any questions. They come out accordingly as scheduled, so they're prompt.

Description of Work: after a week's worth of phone calls, and a no-show appointment, (without notice) I gave up. repeatedly, I was quoted services provided, and prices. different bugs? different price. but I couldn't get anybody to the house to assess the situation. this company was my first choice, based on positive reviews found on angie's list. when I called another company, they were out the SAME DAY, quoted a fair price, and were there to treat the property within two days. this was a totally frustrating experience! and, I might add, a time-waster.
