Very quick response for a leaking hot water heater. Great communications with Dianne. Prompt service, quality work, good price in an ever changing inflation fueled time. Will use their services again.

Ok but dishwasher wasn’t plugged in and was told by man and woman that couldn’t be set up to attach to cabinets so later our cabinet person attached it and another plumber plugged it into outlet. The Ice maker is not working so need to check that out too and refrigerator not leveled.

I couldn't say enough wonderful things about them. They were hard pressed to serve all of their customers when H. Irene hit Florida this fall, but they managed to finish their work they had committed to with me and also help those in serious need.

It went good. I thought that they are little bit expensive.

Great! They moved mountains to get to my house in a few hours since I had to head North the next day. Prompt service and clean work were appreciated. Justin was polite, knowledgeable and professional. He installed a faucet I had purchased on my own. I also purchased a new garbage disposal from them since I was shown the rusty condition of mine, so cost of disposal is included with labor in the cost.

The job went super well! I called first thing in the morning, and Dianne was lovely to work with. She let me know I'd have technicians out by 8AM. They came just a few minutes after, which was fine with me. They immediately started inspecting the issue, and were incredibly thorough. I liked that they explained everything to me, and the pricing was fair. They finished in just a few hours between diagnosis, retrieving materials, and installation, which was fantastic. Diane was incredibly responsive with me about questions and pricing, and an absolute pleasure to work with! I will absolutely utilize this company again for their services.

This is the third time I've used this plumbing company and I'm happy to say Ken has been a life saver. He's explained the work he's doing, so there's no misunderstanding on the job or cost. Plus he wears booties over his shoes before he walks through your house (not all companies do that, kinda gross when you think about it). Will use again. 👍

I would recommend him. He was okay. There were no issues. For visiting, he could have charged a little less. It was too expensive. The quality was good.

I contacted David Miller Plumbing when I started noticing issues with my water. Within 48 hours, they came out to take a look. The best option was to replace the well (I wasn't sure how old it was). I had to wait a little over a week for them to fit me in but the end result was worth the wait. Since changing my well, I have had perfect running water. Now I no longer have the unsightly pipe running along my fence and I can easily get access to water in the front of my house. The only negative thing I have to say (and I could have simply requested this) was I did not get any itemized invoice. Angie's List has a lot of discounts for this provider and because I wasn't sure the cost of labor, I couldn't use the discounts.

Ken was great, prompt, efficient, informative and not pushy. This is the 3rd or 4th time we have used David Miller Plumbing, they have always been informative, efficient, on time & never pushy. Diane the coordinator has always been pleasant & professional with me. Their prices when I have gotten estimates have usually been in the ballpark ranges of average. My only complaint has been responsiveness of service. While I couldn't provide perfect marks this time, I've had them do service twice for my daughter's home twice and they will always be at the top of my our list for plumbing needs. My wife asked "why I tolerated being put off IE:delayed?: In her defense, she stated they were very busy with an emergency plumbing job however that would't have helped us if our's toilet had been a more critical problem. Bottom line, the leaking toilet wasn't as critical as we first suspected and I trust them. "I do recommend them!

Once the appointment was scheduled everything was great! They called to confirm time. Then called to see if time could be rescheduled. Called as agreed upon so I knew they were on their way. Ken, the plumber who made this service call, was professional and informative. We appreciate his extra effort!

Took a couple of hours to find it, and was able to repair it from under the house since it is on stilts.

Dianne Miller was a joy to work with. Very professional. I only had a few days to get my Mother's condo ready for rent. Dianne promptly scheduled the callout. The technician, Ken, arrived on time and worked at a fast pace. I thought the master bedroom toilet would also need to be rebuilt. However, Ken indicated that the valve, etc. looked pretty new, so he made some adjustments and recommended that we keep it as is. The faucet in the kitchen was about 40 years old and probably had been leaking for the last 20 years. Access below the sink was very tight. Ken literally cut the faucet off from the top. He had a new Moen faucet on his truck, and installed it in no time. This was actually the 2nd time I used David Miller. Sorry, Angie, I never filed that review;-). The first time was for a hose bib replacement and that went equally well. So D.M. Plumbing gets two gold stars!

Diane was kind and professional on the phone. She was able to schedule next day service and give me price for the job. The technician called before he got to my home to let me know he was on his way. Arrived on time, dressed neatly and went right to work. Installed the heater and cleaned the work area when he was finished. Invoice was for the agreed upon amount with no "surprises". I also like that the AO Smith Water Heater they installed is made right here in the USA! I would use this company again.

Plumber that arrived was really nice, did great job, thorough. Owner called while plumber was there to help with contacting City for them to come out and fix issue from their end. First time since I've been in South Florida that we didn't have to wait and wait and wait for service. Will use them again and highly recommend.

Arrived as scheduled and went right to work. The source of the problem turned out to be improperly installed under- the- sink plumbing. My husband and I know a lot of things, we DON'T know anything about plumbing so DM could have told us almost anything and we would have believed them (which is how we got the faulty plumbing DM was now going to have to replace!) When pipes under the sink don't have traps they allow gas to escape into the house. Dank , rank, fetid air from septic pipes. The smell is not quite as bad as open sewage, but you get the gist. Ken went right to work and though he found the connections challenging (because of the way they were originally installed) he had all the tools necessary along with all the parts and was so neat doing it, if I hadn't known what it looked like under the sink to start with I would never have known he was there! He then told us that the seal under the toilet was allowing air to escape as well. He fixed that with an additional seal and some caulk (clear, to match!). He checked the shower drain which seemed to be fine in both bathrooms. (Thank goodness something was done right!) The guest bath was next and he performed the same procedure under the sink, that toilet not needing a seal. He even put on the "putty cups" over the bolts which hold down the toilets to the floor. I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS about the work, the service and professionalism of either the company or the tech. We will definitely use them again for all our plumbing needs (which thanks to such a wonderful job shouldn't be too terribly soon!). We read the bad reviews this company received BEFORE we called them, I have to say after my experience I am not really sure why there was any kind of a problem. We got all of our service for what we consider to be a very fair price which included parts, labor and the service call. Don't hesitate to call these folks, we don't believe you will be sorry.

These guys are great. We purchased a 15 year old home and have had them come out 3 times now to work on various projects. Diane, in the office, is personable and provides the highest level of customer service. It is a family run company and you can see the pride in ownership that they have. I recommend them to anyone

We originally contacted the Miller's when we decided to replace our master bathroom shower. We were impressed by the promptness of their appointment, and the contractor they used for the construction portion of the install (Rick Parker). Their prices were better than other bids we received, and we felt they were the most upfront and transparent in their proposal. They began work on the day scheduled, and all work was completed per the proposal. There was a minor issue with the toilet leaking around the flange, and they sent someone to repair it the next day - it's worked perfectly since. No issues or hassles. David and Diane Miller are terrific people and run a good business. We highly recommend them for any plumbing needs, as well as construction projects for your kitchen and bathrooms.

Great company. Thanksgiving afternoon - clogged/slow draining sink & garbage disposal not working. Go to Angie's List and find a deal, purchase it and ask for work to be done the next afternoon. Reply from the provider next morning at 8:15. I tell them I now need a new garbage disposal and could they quote me a price. Price is cheaper than Home Depot Black Friday special. Provider says he will be there between 2-3 that afternoon. Arrives on time, very friendly and professional. Does job and then asks if there is anything else we need him to look at while he's there. If you had a rating higher than A, I would definitely give this company an A++
