CRITTER CONTROL

The worst company, horrible customer service, outpriced. They placed a mousetrap above the ceiling in our office, and it's been 6 days since we heard something gets trapped in it!!! Called and called them numerous times! Gene Kepes (owner??? manager??? ) said they will schedule (!!!) someone! Really??? The smell is getting worse every day, there are nuggets going to crawl around soon, and we must wait for a free spot on their busy schedule???? So now no one is even answering the phone, and we have no idea when we will be blessed and saved by someone from Critter Control from that terrible smell of decaying animal above our heads!!!!!

Steve came out and looked at the area that had earlier been closed off so bats could not enter. He informed me that it was still intact. We no longer had the bat in our house, so that was not the purpose of the visit. He did not charge me anything for climbing up on a ladder outside out house to a height of approximately 21 feet to take a look. I thought this was amazing! He was polite, punctual, and professional. I heartily recommend this company.

They are excellent. They are always on time and on the ball...just really good. We have a neighborhood list of suppliers where everyone reports on who is good and who isn't, and that's how we found this company.
