+ -1 moreTwo roofers arrived on time. They were polite and professional. They completed the job by replacing about a square yard of shingles. It looked good as new. From the ground you could barely tell the shingles had been replaced with newer ones. Then upon my request, the senior roofer re-caulked a previous problem area on the opposite side of the roof to prevent future trouble. The work took 2 1/2 to 3 hours to complete. I am a satisfied customer and will use this company again, if necessary.
Description of Work: Needed a leak fixed on the roof.

Description of Work: Fixed the roof leak and the drywall damage in the dining room and ceiling. |This is the second time I've used Coconut Grove for roof repairs. Also drywall repair in the dining room walls and ceiling. I would definitely use them again.

The employees who worked on our home were excellent and the office staff was extremely helpful and went above and beyond our expectations. All in all, don't hesitate to hire this company.

+ -1 moreContacted the owner Clark Richards mid June for a quote on tile roof repair. He came out the next day. Did a full roof inspection and a thermal imaging for leaks from the inside of the house. As I was told from another roof company that I needed a new roof he stated that that was not the case and minor repairs would take care of any issues. Once he received approval from me they started within 3 days. His crew was very professional and paid very close attention to detail. I was very impressed with his and his crew's knowledge and professionalism
