I had a moat of water around my (castle) home, due to poor grading of new construction. For 1½ years my foundation was soaking wet. I searched different company and their quotes and ideas were overkill and overpriced. My pros at Big Sky Land Development delivered above and beyond expectations for a very reasonable price. The contractors from Big Sky Land Development were great to work with. They helped us understand the water intrusion problem our house had. It involved regrading portions of the lawn, capping two sprinkler heads, re-directing water away from the house (down spout), water proofing portions of the foundation, adding a pipe to drain water away from the house, resod, replacing baseboard in the garage, and finally, removing and replacing caulk around three windows that were likely allowing water into the house. The work was completed on time. Debris and construction waste was removed and disposed. We are very pleased with the job performed. We will keep their contact information handy and will share our experience with family, friends, and others.
