Perfect!!! Technician was excellent! He cleaned the vent, removed the clog and cleaned up! My dryer works like it is new!!

The service was recommended by Elizabeth Valiie my real estate broker for my new home. She recommended Amerovent. Their agent, Andrew McClellan gave me a competitive quote, and we set an appointment during hurricane ETA. He came as scheduled after the danger was over. I asked him questions which he answered to my satisfaction. He cleaned theVent pipe from the top and found a clogged up screen. He then cleaned thoroughly from behind the dryer, found and cleaned a clogged area towards the roof. I was completely happy with his professionalism, his courtesy, and effectiveness. I plan to use this service on a periodic basis.

Ryan, the technician, was courteous, efficient and thorough. He totally cleaned up the laundry room when he was done. My dryer worked much better afterwards, drying the clothes much faster.

After looking for over 6 months and making over 50 phone calls for someone to reroute out dryer vent, I finally found Amerovent. They came out for what I thought was an estimate and stayed and did the job. They did not have a lot of room to work with and I think that is why I could not get anyone else to do the job. Two guys did the job. When they were done, they put everything back and cleaned up real well. They also cleaned and sanitized the dryer and washer. They were professionally dressed and did a great job.

The provider, James came out and unclogged a dryer vent so my clothes dryer would start working back in January. He was prompt and came right away, I really appreciated it with a new little one. Just the other day, my dryer sensor started going off again, I called Amerovent and Andrew came out right away as a courtetsy for follow up. He checked everything out and it turned out to be a faulty dryer sensor. He explained everything in detail, was so kind and trustworthy and very honest. He didn't even charge me which is refreshing in this day and age!!! This company is clearly about customer service.

Everything went smoothly. Andrew showed up on time, moved the dryer with pads so as not to damage maple floor, cleaned everything inside and out, and cleaned up. The whole process took less than 30 minutes. When I made the appointment I received a discount for using Angie's List and a discount for being a senior. Because the job was so easy - the outdoor vent was 7 inches from the dryer - he gave me an additional $10 discount. I will recommend him to my friends and neighbors and use him again in the future. We let the the dryer vent go too long without cleaning. They came on time. They were very efficient. Our dryer is now getting clothes dry again. We'll definitely use them again.

I called Amerovent and they sent a technician out the same day. He arrived exactly on time, cleaned the vent and installed a new vent pipe that meets today's codes. (The old vent pipe was kinked accidentally by me and nearly caused a fire...)

We moved into a house built in 1999 and washer/ dryer did not work well. Purchased new ones and dryer kept turning off due to lack of air flow. We contacted Amerovent and they sent someone out the next day. The technician went up to the roof and pulled out handfuls of lint and dog hair! He then came into the house and used a rotary brush on the vent inside the wall up to the roof. It was amazing how much lint and hair came out of the vent! He checked the new dryer out as part of the service. He cleaned up every speck of lint and dirt so my laundry area was clean. He was very fast and knowledgable. Used protective sliders under the dryer to protect the tile floor as well . We haven't had a problem since. The dryer is drying faster now with no need to rerun the cycle due to damp items. We will definitely recommend this company to others.
