Description of Work: They were hired to clean the grout on my tile inside the house and seal the Mexican tile on the lanai.

+ -1 moreThis was a labor only contract. I provided the tile, grout, sink and lighting fixtures. These people were great. I was concerned as this was the first large home improvement project which I had contracted without the wisdom of my husband. I got bids from 4 contractors. 3D's bid was the most competitive and most inclusive. Every detail was discussed. I gave them a pretty demanding deadline and they met it! Everyone who worked on this project approached the job with a neat and workmanlike manner. These people are as professional as they come but friendly and eager to make the client happy. Each day they cleaned up their work area making it easier for me to live in the house while the work was going on. The job came in slightly higher than the estimate mainly because of the 2 extra layers of tile which were not foreseen. I highly recommend this company.
Description of Work: Professional from start to finish. Quick response to estimate request, kept within the proposed time line and deadline. All personnel were courteous and well skilled. They removed existing flooring - three layers- and installed new 20 inch porcelain tile (purchased independently by me) in over 50% of my home and on the outside lanai. They smoothed out plaster in guest bath and re-coated the walls. They installed 2 new light fixtures in bath as well as a new sink, faucet and counter top. They also relocated carpeting from family room to guest bedroom. Work involved moving furniture from four rooms and back as well.

He took care of whatever was not right. His price was not extravagant, it was reasonable. The people he employed were very pleasant workers. They didn't waste time and they paid attention to what they were doing. Their customer relations were good. Randall himself didn't do any of the work, but he was very much on deck checking to make sure they were doing it right.
Description of Work: I had had an air conditioner that had gone on the fritz while I was away. My sister in law discovered it had frozen up and then thawed and the moisture produced mold. He replaced some wall that had gotten moldy. There were a couple of doors that had mold residue and he took care of that. One of them he had to actually replace because it was easier than peeling the paint off. He also cleaned the air ducts.
