The Pool Hero Sales Rep. came to our home 2 times to go over things, and to finalize what we wanted! No one else would do this. Other recommended contractors on your list, wanted to sell us a pool from their office, and have us sign the paperwork, and place a substantial amount of money down, before they came to our home! Seriously, they wanted use to sign a contract north of $70,000,00, without looking the project area over first? I ask myself who would do this with half a brain?
