+ -1 moreHe was fast and Very punctual. The cost for one re-key and 3 keys was high. He did not put the upper lock on straight. We fixed that. We found him to be fast but did not seem to take pride in doing an excellent job. Very friendly but talked your ear off about football as soon as he sat down. He like his job and has been at it for a long time. All in all he did a good job. We would use him again. iv

+ -1 moreWent to their place of business with my front door lock that wouldn't open. Chris determined the problem immediately. Instead of selling me a new lockset, she spent nearly 1/2 hour showing me how the lock works, explaining the necessity of a couple of plastic pieces, and allowing me to watch as she rebuilt the lockset. She is extremely knowledgeable and was very helpful. I will use Suncoast again, as the occasion warrants, and highly recommend them as your locksmith
