It was amazing how much build up had accrued over the years and how clean everything was upon completion.

Did not buy house. To reburbit it would cost $40,000. Bank wouldn't pay. So we didn't buy. So glad we had it done. My husband is a mold canary.

Great job done on time frame and cost agreed upon. Rose to every problem that came up.Cheerful, pleasant, professional job/clean up. Able to locate an electrician to assist in addressing the electrical needs.. Worked in concert with my air conditioning people. Joe is upbeat, "can do" a joy to work with!

Again, we had a great experience working with Myco-Tek; this was our second project with the company. We have an exterior wall with wood siding that was in contact with the grade and the siding was deteriorated. Joe gave us a quote for the worst case scenario of removal and replacement in case the damage was more extensive than what was visible. I trusted them from my experience with their last project so I gave the go head to initiate the repair. As it turned out, the scope of the damage was not so bad once they removed the siding to inspect. The team repaired only what was necessary and the cost of work came in much lower than we had budgeted!

The Myco-Tek team showed up on time and got right to work. The crew was patient with me, the home owner, and allowed me to observe and ask questions along the way. Their team of Cole, Matt and Joe, were respectful in our home and were informative through the entire process. They communicated clearly with us, stayed focused on the scope of work and completed the work in a timely manner. Joe Tine came back at the completion of the work to review it all with me and advised me on some DIY tips for ongoing care and maintenance. We have asked that Myco-Tek prepare another proposal to perform more work at our home.

They were very helpful. They helped us with our insurance and let us know how to go about using it. Let us know what we would get for insurance. They were very professional and very kind. They explained what they were doing; they go into great detail about what they were doing. The pricing was fair for what they did.

They were very professional and when they saw the level of the mold in the place, they told us to get out and it was extremely high. They did a report explaining everything and what it would cost to fix it. They gave us the reports quickly so it could be forwarded to the real estate people. We were very pleased with their service. We would use them again if we thought we had mold.
