+ -1 moreI called Leonards because they were recommended by our home owners association. Initial repair was handled promptly about 1 year ago. About a month ago I developed another leak ( in another area) and Regan came out for an estimate after several phone calls. I agreed to have the "new" leak repaired around the 4th of July, 2013 and am still waiting for the repair to be completed. Since then , the original leak from 1 year ago has reappeared and now I can't get a phone call returned and routinely get the answering machine. The women that selectively answers the phone told me that "all I can do is pass the message along to Regan" who is the owner. Very frustrated with the lack of customer service and would not recommend this roofer.
