+ -1 moreHow did go overall? It's a HORROR STORY! Don't hire this guy.
Description of Work: He took over three years to build my home! He caused me to incur bills of over $100,000 due to overcharging and just not doing the work. He offers two excuses: "I'm going as fast as I can" and "I don't care".

+ -1 moreIt has been the worst contracting experience of my life.
Description of Work: David was contracted February 2nd, 2005 to rebuild my home after hurricane Charley destroyed it. To date the home is still incomplete and I do not have a certificate of occupancy. A promise of 12 months to complete has been 2 years and 8 months so far. He seldom answers the phone and even more rarely returns calls. He refuses to put any completion times in writing and cannot meet any deadlines. All I wanted was for my house to be rebuilt but at this point it has cost me over $40000 in additional costs and it's still not done. There are multiple contractors with notice to owners and mechanics liens filed for his failure to pay.
