I would give them a 10. They explained things thoroughly and were articulate from start to finish. Overall, exceptional experience.

Installation was fine. The followup service checks and salt replacement is terrible. There is a total lack of respect for customer service. Many appointments are "no shows" and the salt you have paid for is never delivered.

Very professional, we did not have a meeting of the minds as to what service I thought he would perform. I just misread the advertisement.

we signed up for a year's worth of service. Culligan is supposed to come every other month to make sure the water softner is functioning and refill the salt in the conditioner. they change their schedule without telling us...this has happened more than once.... we had a calendar from them with the dates of service. we either make sure we are home or leave the garage door unlocked... when they change the dates without telling us how are we supposed to know when to leave the door unlocked or to be aware they are coming to service our water softner? they they told us over the phone that they are supposed to test the water to make sure the water softner is truly working.. when my husband was home one time when they came, they didn't even take a water sample much less test the water... they throw in one bag of salt and leave without checking a thing...

My husband called to set up an appointment for a free water analysis of our water softener/well system. The receptionist said that a technician wouldn't be able to come out the following Monday because of Labor Day (though Labor day was a week from that), and set an appointment for Tuesday instead. My husband waited for them, and when they didn't show- he called. They told him that the appointment was set for the Monday before that, and we were a no-show. They said they would try to send out a technician as soon as possible but we hadn't heard from them.

Called Culligan and spoke to a receptionist to schedule a service call for someone to come to our house to give an estimate to service our well and filters. She informed me that the service manager would call shortly to schedule a meeting. The service manager never called. I called again and spoke to a more senior service manager and he guaranteed me that the original service manager would call me back immediately. He did not. No one ever called back.
