+ 0 morethey did a sloppy job on the grouting and did not cut sone of the tile correctly. they also over measured and overcharged me for the job. Also hard to get a response from the owner. Will never use or refer again.

+ 0 moreEverything went very well for the most part. There were some small scheduling glitches but nothing unusual. The finished work was excellent and I plan to call them soon for new flooring and kitchen backsplash!
Description of Work: Cheetah Flooring has done terrific work on two houses for us. Both houses were old 1950's renovations in VERY bad shape so lots of patching and leveling needed in both cases. Most recently they did a whole house flooring throughout 10 rooms. They also did a beautiful job on two total bathrooms full walls and floors. Several years ago they also did a beautiful job on two bedroom floors.

Description of Work: I had a wood laminate floor installed in master bedroom, replacing carpeting. At my request, they removed the existing baseboard and installed new baseboard (provided by me) after the new floor was down. The concrete slab had to be ground down in many places and this was done with very little dust - a pleasant surprise. The installers removed all the furniture from the room before starting, and put everything back. The installation went very well, and the floor looks great. I have used this vendor before in my previous home, and went back to them because of their fine work and good customer service.

Description of Work: They laid tile in two bedrooms. One was on a slab and was relatively straight forward the other was over an old wood floor where they had to level and put down backing board. Both jobs were done very well and in a timely manner. The only complaint we had is that they did not have a piece for between the door and the next room and never did bring it.

+ 0 moreI think the owner’s name is Jimmy. The young man that did the service did an outstanding job. We went back to have him do our living room. He was surprised and his personality seemed to change a little bit. We had a feeling he did not want to bother with us because it was not a big job and we went with somebody else whom we were very happy with.
