Description of Work: Fixed washing machine . Gave advice on use of washer and also gave advice on how to care for dishwasher. Saved us the cost of a new dishwasher. Great guy with great service!

Description of Work: Freezer of refrigerator was not maintaining temperature. Called Carl, and he was in the area and came right over. He diagnosed the problem, installed part and was done within an hour. Refrigerator is running fine.

Description of Work: Replaced the motor on my washing machine. Ray actually made two trips because they had to order the part. Amazingly the part arrived overnight and the repair was finished the next day! ( the estimate had been it would take two days for the part). He took his time explained things when I asked and still completed the job very quickly. Each day they called to make sure I would be home then called again when they were within a half hour of arriving. Will ABSOLUTELY use them in the future!

Description of Work: Carl up front quoted me the price to diagnose the problem, arrived on time at the beginning of the window, and got right to work. He diagnosed the problem but did not fix it because the cost of the repair would have been more than the cost of a new refrigerator.

Description of Work: Ice maker on Jenn Air was frozen and leaking onto wood floor. Carl was recommended by another vendor, and came within hours, and was able to fix the problem on the spot. Knew exactly what the problem was, and was extremely courteous and price was very fair.
