Description of Work: Correctly Diagnosed a smell coming from the drain trap for the bathtub - which we almost never used. He recommended a simple & cost less solution of making sure to run some water down the drain each week we don't use the tub.

Description of Work: I had a slow-draining/clogged bathroom sink. I saw good reviews for Babe's Plumbing so gave them a call. They were able to schedule the appointment within a couple of days. The plumber did a nice job, but I thought the price of $174 for less than 30 minutes worth of work was pretty steep. I would use them again, but would definitely do more research on other plumbers to ensure their prices are competitive.

Description of Work: Removed water filter (parts were above & below kitchen sink), replaced bathtub drain, adjusted shower head, replaced 2 outside spigots & cleaned a drain in the bathroom sink. The first plumber was Kenny & the second plumber was Rich. Rich came out several days after Kenny with the parts that had to be ordered. I might have saved some money if Kenny would have replaced the spigots instead of taking time to try to make them turn on easier. I realized after Kenny left that there was little or no difference in how the spigots turned on. There is a big difference with the new spigots that Rich installed.

Description of Work: Main drain line stoppage was unclogged. No clean out on problem side of the drain line, so plumber tried going into drain thru outside clean-out which did not work. Removed master bath toilet and rooted out the clog from there. Toilet re-installed and caulked to floor. Work done very professionally, clean and neat. About 2 3/4 hours total.

+ 0 moreBought a piece of commercial property and received letters from the water district that a new backflow device needed to be installed. Had one plumber show up and tell me that it was installed correctly and nothing needed to be done. A few months later, I received another nasty letter from the water district that the device needed to be installed ASAP. Called Babes and they did the research for me to discover the wrong meter was installed by the water district. They installed the correct backflow device and then coordinated with the water district directly to make sure they put in the right meter. Good service and very professional.
Description of Work: Fixed backflow device and reparied line installed by previous contractor.
