OK. Expensive. Not over the top, Not bad, just OK. They did the job they came to do and did not make a mess, however, there would be no reason to call them again as they were not exceptional, and were pricey.

We called in morning, they said they would have someone out by afternoon. Within an hour the plumber, Craig, was here. He examined everything and thought the clog was in pipes either under house or outside. In about 1 hour he had the problem fixed and was very clean and made sure he kept the area he was working in covered. I highly recommend them.

They were very professional from the initial phone Call with the scheduler to the prompt and professional service. Everything was well coordinated and the 10% discount was awesome. It is very nice having everything done as advertised. They are now my pluming service when ever a need arises. D We'll done

I returned home from an 3 month trip at 3:30 pm, turned the house water back on, and walked the house perimeter. When I got back around to the garage....water was coming out under the garage door. Called Babe's and a new water heater was installed and heating up by 5:30 pm. Great response.

They have been very responsive. I can’t say they are the most competitive, but I can say that they have always showed up when we needed then. They have provided great service and follow up. They are the ones we would call first in any situation.

This was my first experience using Angie's List for a service provider. This morning at 8 AM I discovered that my hot water heater was leaking. I called Babes Plumbing. A plumber was on site within one hour and began work immediately. By noon, our new hot water heater was up and running. disposal of the old unit was included. The plumber was extremely neat, professional, and conscientious. What made it better was the 10% Angie's List discount coupon.

Project went well. The plumber gave a price for the job and then re plumed the sink. He was professional and was very conscious of keeping the area clean.

Found Babes listed as one of the top rated plumbers in our area on Angies List. Made first call on Friday October 18th, requesting an estimate to convert our home from well water to county water. Told that owner handles those(estimates) and person taking call would pass my name, number and address. Called back on 24th after not hearing back, was told by person taking call, that he would pass my information again. Called back today, 10/30/ asked person if anyone would be coming out, said he would have to pass information back to owner. Canceled request.

Craig arrived on time and was friendly and courteous - Had a suitable faucet on the truck and a flat rate of $329.00 - minus 10%- Thanks Angie - I am very pleased with the service - both Angie's and Babe's

They were prompt about coming, came when they said they would, were friendly and courteous and ended up fixing our toilet while he was here. Kenney of Babes will be back to fix another toilet this month. Excellent service and would recommend it to everyone!!!!

We came home to water lapping over our toes! We immediately looked at Angie's list and decided on Babes. It was late in the day and they sent out Frank to make sure all water was off etc. (we live on the 2nd floor). The next day, Frank arrived with our new water heater and fixed our incredible leak. He was polite and highly professional.

They gave me a reasonable, competitive estimate, then applied the Angie's list 10% discount. Good, professional work.

I was not present when the work was done. The job was completed as promised without any problems.

The plumber arrived on time. He was extremely courteous and professional and we felt the price was fair for the service we received. Would definitely use Babe's Plumbing again.

Called late the night before...got a human not a machine or service, They called me at 7:15 AM next day and said plumber would be here between 10 & 10:30 and would call when on the way. He called and was here at the promised time. Work was completed within 15 minutes. Very satisfied. I used a 10% off coupon from Angie's. I would use this service again.

Water line in floor burst. 25,000 gallons later had to make a decision. Babe's gave me all the options without bias. Became obvious solution should be a complete repipe. While not happy about spending that much money unplanned was very happy with the work. They completed in one day what was needed to restore service. First rate job! Took another 2 weeks to have all the drywall repaired because they have an oncall specialist who does it the right way. They even spotted that I had a failing water heater and offered a discount to replace as part of the job. Have already recouped a third of its cost in energy savings. They are far from the cheapest in town but you truly get what you pay for. Have used them since and will again in the future.

It took them close to an hour to do it. They were always on time. They did a good job. I will recommend them to others.

Babe's sent out a very nice plumber who inspected the drains for non-use which he said will cause septic gas to build up. He helped us to assure the tenants there was no danger and we could not detect any smell at that time. He was very helpful with explaining what may have happened to the tenant. It was explained to us and to the tenants that an unused drain goes dry and the p-trap allows gas from the septic (or even the sewer) to vent through the drain. Once water is run into the drain it fills the p-trap with water which prevents the gas from entering the house. We will use Babe's for future plumbing needs at this house and our own house also.

Excellent - called and scheduled work. They showed up on time and did an excellent job. Very professional and excellent work. I would use them in the future and will recommend them to others.

I am somewhat new to Venice and hadn't had a need to use a plumber. I checked Angie's list for recommendations and found that Babe's had good grades and a few reviews. I called Monday morning and even though it wasn't urgent they had someone over that morning. Carl showed up, assessed the situation and explained what he was going to do. He cleaned the drain using a vacuum cleaner from both upstairs and outside to make sure that it was thoroughly cleaned out. Carl was pleasant, courteous, professional and didn't mind me asking many questions. He explained that I should be pouring bleach down the drain on a monthly basis to prevent this from reoccurring again. I would recommend Babe's Plumbing to my friends and neighbors.

I am happy to make a recommendation on them. I think very highly of them because they do good work, have reasonable prices, and are prompt. I have no complaints. Babes Plumbing is who I will call if I need plumbing work done.

I have never had a problem because they do quality work. They also have a hardware store with an up to date display of household products.

Workmen are coming tomorrow to clean and seal grout in bathtub tiles before guests arrive and the water would barely drain. Drano didn't work. I called Babe's because I get plumbing parts there. The dispatcher said no one was available until first thing tomorrow. I said I needed somebody just for an outside access clean-out job today." Twenty minutes later, as promised, he called back with my job window. Guy worked hard in 90+ heat and humidity (my job added to his last-job-of-the-day list) and finally pulled out a black toilet flange that had created a blockage. Excellent work when they said they would be here at a fair price.

They are excellent. The owner is in the shop every day from the time they open until the last truck comes back in and he is 85 years old. For my area, I wouldn't’t use anyone else for my plumbing. The gentleman that came to my home was very professional, explained the mechanisms to me and made brand recommendations if I did need to replace my faucet. It was clear that Fred was unbiased and very knowledgable. He fixed my faucet issue very inexpensively.

I've used them for regular plumbing jobs. I'm not really that much pleased with them, but they are alright. I needed to do some more pluming and he said he would call back to do that, but I never heard back from him since then. I was going to give me a proposal. The quality is okay. They are punctual. I might use them for simple plumbing jobs, but not for too complicated stuffs.
